Location: in the old town. Perfect for visiting Lisbon and go out to eat. While not too opulent. Room: Our room had a separate sitting area with coffee maker, great. Bathroom is with bath and shower screen, works OK. Beds were excellent. TV perfect as room TV. Large safe. Breakfast: Nice buffet breakfast with show cooking. Quality products. Except for the little "Zwan" sausages :-), but that is a question of taste. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Makes really good suggestions. Luggage storage: nice safe storage room for your luggage when checked out before departure. Transfer: Hotel arranges professional class airport transfer. Building: showing its age. Well refitted to modern standards inside.

Room: Cupboard and storage very limited. Not for long stay. Pool: Not heated, not useful in winter. Lift: the lift acted up on us one time, seems like a software problem. But we were not stuck and safely delivered to our floor.

The pool was lovely but not many loungers and it seemed people ‘saved’ the loungers and left to have lunch away from the pool . Management need to think this through - if people leave they shouldn’t be allowed to save their lounger .

Good location with easy walk to the main areas and the metro. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Our room at the front was not very relaxing due to the continuous music from the theatre and street noise.

The location of this hotel is excellent for anyone that wants to explore Lisbon, the hotel itself is spotless clean and the staff are all amazing, was one of the most pleasant welcomes and stays we have experienced in 40 years of travel . Reception area , bar and dining room are well layed out, the room we had 205 is a little bit dated,but very clean and completely functional. small pool and terrace area which is a very relaxing space

Located in the city centre and walking distance to a lot of the sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel styling was pleasing.

The theatre in the street is playing loud recordings through speakers from morning until well into the evening. The bathroom had some defects like a broken showerhead and lack of warm water.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was lovely, the stuff friendly and helpful and the location is perfect.

Our room faced the street, and was a bit noisy, but it was such a lovy room that we oveooked it.

Location is excellent close to rail and easy access. Hotel is in a pedestrian area only after 11 am, which adds to the ease. Rooms are good and breakfast is very good, you select a time slot as breakfast room is not large and this ensures there is no waiting. Staff are very good and obliging Restaurant on site but the hotel is in the midst of restaurant heaven, so did not eat at hotel Theatre's in same street for live shows Would stay again

5th floor rooms at front have sloping ceilings and not really suitable for tall people

What a fabulous boutique hotel. amazing breakfast - fabulous staff - room comfy and beds great. Cant say enough about the staff and how helpful they were. booked us a hop on hop off bus. The hotel is convenient and they provide a card when you pull into the underground parking across from the Hard Rock store - you cant miss it but you can the narrow drive to the car park. we used the HR as our landmark. you cant drive to the actual front of the hotel but once you park your car you take the ticket to the front desk and they take care of things and you can go in and out of the park as much as you want. That was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this little hotel.

not much we came in winter so the pool was cold but nothing else to complain about.

Location is great and the room was very clean. There was an elevator. Everything at breakfast tasted amazing, the fruit being the best. Staff was professional and helpful. Ambiance was neat.

Neither doors nor windows are very sound proof. We were able to hear other guests and sounds perfectly when they were on the corridor in front of our room. Also, the street is busy with people until at least 10 pm in February and we were able to hear the noise quite alot. For some reason, the nearby theater has a very loud musical ad repeating from 9am to 10pm every few minutes and this was annoying, but we were gone most of the time. I imagine the ad is harder to hear in other rooms though.
