I love the property and will come back . it’s really cute kind of boutique hotel . the design is pretty good all over . really attractive hotel . the candy at the lobby as a lot of success and it’s really nice welcoming. absolutely charming hotel with really professional attitude. Perfect peaceful neighbors, actually kind of romantic with amazing few restaurants around which the hotel guide us recommendations on top of they own restaurant. I was even surprised of something… when I arrived we had problems to open the balcony window and I notice something was broken . I forget to mention to them .i can,e back the first day in my room and it was already fix . this hotel made perfect attention to detail . just elegant and professional.thank you ,

Great place in the heart of Lisbon! Hotel is brand new, opened up in Jan 2022, location is fabulous - I personally love Alcantara, a neighbourhood with a local soul, if you are lucky to get a room facing a river, you will have gorgeous views incl. sunrise! Rooms are cozy decorated and spacious enough (don’t expect 50 sqm, this is Lisboa oldtown), bed is properly sized and super comfortable. Service was awesone and professional! Even on-site restaurant menu deserves a praise, and this is Portugal with their insane food culture where hotels seldom come high in ranking- cod was great! Great new gem in Lisbon, I now know my new fav place when I’m here! Thank you guys!!

Thin walls / bed positioning problems : Our room 209 was next to 208 which is obvious in most cases and should not be a problem at all, but our bed and the other rooms bed shared the same wall, now with proper sound proofing/thickness of the walls that wouldn't be a problem. But this meant practically that we hear everything whats happening in the neighbours bed. Including loud wall banging noises in the middle of the night. Which was very unpleasent , imagine waking up to this.

i like the breakfast, the beds are very confy and the staff, specially marta that is very nice and she made everything to make our stay excelent.

i think the bathroom could have more privacy. we stayed in 2 kinds of room: the first one was the regular one and i did not like the privacy, the second one that is bigger has much more privacy, the bathroom has a door and its not so close from the bed.

Retro but modern :). Very clean, room was very comfortable. The shower is just perfect. Relatively close both to the Congress center and the City center. The quality and variety of food for breakfast is great. I would give it a 4+ star.

I had no remarks during my 5-day stay.

My expectations were fulfilled - certainly up to Hilton standards. Everything was smooth and the comfort and pleasant staff even made it better.

The location could have been better - if you don't use Bolt or Uber or willing to pay taxi. But luckily Bolt was there - using Bolt and Uber to move around is cheap. Therefore, the location is still very good.

Hotel is cute and clean. Breakfast was OK, but it needs more variety .

We didn't like the location. That part of the city is quite dirty, without anything special to do. We used Uber everyday to go to more attractive location,

Really nice hotel. We had a clean room with modern facilities. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. I could definitely recommend this hotel.

Too complicated system of light switcher. I failed to understand it :) Every time I had to try almost all switchers trying to find the one that turns on the lamp I need.

The place is clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff is welcoming and helpfull

I had a problem connecting to the wifi. For some reason my cell phone wouldn't but I managed to connect with my laptop

The staff is friendly, helpful and we enjoyed warm hospitality. The decor of the hotel is unique and stylish. The on-site restaurant serves up delicious meals.

The walls are thin.
