Good location within walking distance of many main attractions. Nice rooms and great breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Great central location, clean, modern, friendly and professional staff who helped with sightseeing tips and also kept our luggage for us on our last day as we had some hours between check out and our flight - this helped us a lot :) Room was small but big enough for our needs, bed very comfortable, had nice background music in the room too which was different and we could turn this off as required. Bathroom was clean and all toiletries required.

Bathroom has glass walls which is trendy looking but not ideal if you want some privacy (there is a curtain though)! Our shower was very small, I kept bumping my elbows into the walls when showering but this wasn’t the end of the world and we had a short stay. All in all I would return again.

The bathroom being transparent is a bit weird, but I’m ok with it since I travel alone. The room is not so soundproof, so I sometimes heard noises from other rooms

It was very spacious for being in the middle of the city and super comfortable. Everything was cleaned daily and restocked. I read reviews here saying It was small or the airco doesn’t work well, but I don’t agree! The airco did work, and it was about 40 degrees celcius.

The breakfast is a tad expensive (€17 p.p.), for which instead you can get amazing local food just outside. But that’s a personal choice. Hard to tell upfront what kind of room you’re getting since only one is displayed on booking. Every room has a different layout so you truely only know once you open that door.

The hotel is in a fabulous location within walking distance of the city centre. The metro centre is only a few minutes walk towards the river and there is a train station, for visiting places like Sintra, about a 10-15 min walk away. The public transport is all very efficient and cheap. The hotel was very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful..We’d definitely use this hotel again but I’d rather not book breakfast.

My only 🙁was with breakfast. The breakfast it’s self was continental which was fine but was served in the relatively small bar area! So you have a lot of people all trying to get to the food area and it’s quite unpleasant way to start your day! You’d have to ask each morning for either more cups to be brought out or cutlery or for your table to be cleaned. After a few mornings we went out for breakfast. Loads of places within walking distance so no hardship

Amazing location, this hotel is very central, loads of public transport near by and lots of main attractions within a 5 min walk. Hotel was spotless, staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful they were excellent. Hotel bar was perfect to cool down in after a day in the heat! Our room was impeccable and the view was rustic/romantic. Was also obvious that the hotel was doing it's bit to help the environment. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon for pleasure or work.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the heart of Lisbon. Trams buses and metro all within a few minutes walk. All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The rooms are not huge but have just about all you need, although if you're staying for a few days there is only hanging space for clothes and no drawers. Beds are really comfy and the shower is superb. our room 513 was nice and quiet but can't vouch for any others Lots of lovely bars and restaurants all within 10 mins walk

Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh but the hot options which changed daily were more tepid than hot. The air-con was not great, so think it may be very hot in the summer, it was 21degrees when we went

Everything. Our stay was splendid from start to finish. I emphasize the excellence, professionalism and kindness of all the staff. All worked perfect. Lovely room, very good bed and pillows, amazing bathroom, toiletries, enough towels, room cleaned every day, taxi arranged. Breakfast was great with lots of choice from savory to sweet, every day we were very well taken care of. Very quiet at night, I slept excellent without ear plugs. It is in a perfect location, at walking distance to everywhere, easily accessible by public transport.

The ambient music in the room (only the modern Jazz style channel was heard well, personally I don't like Jazz) The television, a Smart TV would have been ideal. In any case, both music and TV are irrelevant issues for a good stay.
