Excellent location, easy walking to many sites of Old Town interest, the waterfront, restaurants, bars and shopping. Very close to metro station for easy arrival / departure with cases. Hotel and room was clean and tidy, great breakfast with complimentary coffee and light refreshments available all day. All staff spoke good English, were helpful and positive minded. Worthy of particular mention were Marino da Luz and Pedro, who were most professional and highly accommodating when a minor issue with our room occurred. Highly recommend this hotel, they really ‘live’ their brand - Feels Like Home.

The main area was lovely, welcoming and friendly staff that replied to all of our questions, great location. It provided a really nice breakfast with fresh products and great coffee! Throughout the day the coffee machine could be used and snacks/cake was always served in the lobby area. Room was super clean, nice bath and hand soaps, the beds were comfortable and it had a good A/C.

Nothing. This is more as a suggestion. The earliest time someone could have breakfast was at 8am and normally tourists prefer leaving earlier to explore the city. On our last day we personally had to catch a bus so asked if we could have breakfast at 7.30am. Not everything was ready but managed to eat something before our journey.

This is my second time staying here and it is fantastic..Pedro and all the other staff bend over backwards to make you comfortable.. the location can't be beat..beds are super comfy and everything works .on the last day we had an early train to catch to porto and pedro made sure we had at least cheese and ham sandwiches and fresh orange juice to take with us since bkkfast wasn't open yet There is coffee and cake available complimentary in the lobby..it is a welcome haven and I would stay here again in a heartbeat

The location is perfect, the staff is so friendly and helpful, great atmosphere. in the Lobby there is always coffee, cakes, and Porto wine. the hotel is very clean and nice.

I took an internal room, so didn't expect much. but the room is so so so small, I was amazed. you open the door and the bed is on the door, 40 cm and you stumble in the bed. the shower is so small that you can't close the door of the bathroom and the shower, they crash into each other. the hotel is very nice, perfect location, awesome staff, but to charge 200 euros for this kind of room is out of proportion

The staff is super friendly and helpful. everything was clean and well maintained. the location was great and within walking distance of restaurants and sights. breakfast was quite nice and you could order scrambled eggs if you wished. they also have coffee, tea, and cake available all day and in the evening free glasses of port. the hotel is small but cute.

The rooms are fairly small and you have to coordinate going into the bathroom. You have to decide which of the three times breakfast is offered that you want at least a day in advance. You can’t just show up whenever you want because there isn’t enough room.

Excellent location, 4 min from Praca do Comercio and Rua Augusta, right at the edge of Alfama district. The surroundings are good, lots of restaurants and souvenir shops, the neighborhood felt safe at night. + 24h reception, staff are very friendly, and ready to help + very clean + tasty breakfast, good products + they offered to hold our luggage a few more hours after our check-out + the hotel offers complimentary coffee, port wine and cookies in the lobby :)

Part of the normal expectations from a regular hotel in a crowded city center like Lisbon: - rooms are not very big, and no room for a minibar - not much of a view, as the next building is quite close Otherwise an excellent hotel

Everything. Location, rooms, the breakfast, how clean the rooms was, the people working at the reception. it’s one of the best hotels I have stayed so far. The hotel is situated in the heart of Lisbon, next to praca du comercio. If anyone wants to take tram28 you can catch it from the stop next to the cathedral of Lisbon which is only 5 minutes from the hotel without having to wait in long lines. Prefer taking it at an early time around 8:15. It will be empty We stayed three nights and they were changing towels every day. When we came at the hotel they offered a welcomed drink which was Porto wine. The breakfast was perfect. Healthy with just the amount of necessary products to start your day. Great job. keep it up like that.

The hotel had so many tremendous attributes, but first and foremost was the staff. We showed up in the pouring rain in jackets, jet lagged, and starving. They gave us an early check in and a small glass of port wine, all while telling us some recommendations of where to eat and where to get cash. We immediately felt at home here. Fast forward to breakfast and wow, it was also fantastic. The whole hotel feels like a small community, friendly, and caring that we have a good time in Lisbon. We cannot recommend them enough and are excited to stay with them again the next time we come to Lisbon.

The location was fantastic...the staff could not do more .they were amazing.. the first day we were super tired after a long flight and when we checked in we found that the ac did not work..Beatrice from reception did everything she could including being on line twice with technicians to try and fix the problem.. finally she changed our room...and after a good night's sleep we were fine..they also were very accommodating and let us have bkkfast at 730 altho they started at 8...

The Urbano FLH hotel in Lisbon is a hidden treasure. The location is fantastic - the sea and harbour are just a short walk away, the TimeOutMarket is about a 15-minute walk away, and there are some great restaurants right around the corner, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. The hotel is small but equipped with everything you need. The staff is extremely friendly and wonderful. The warm welcome with a glass of port wine was especially appreciated. There were also a few candies left in the room for us, and the hotel provided free coffee and 5 o'clock cake all day. What a pleasure! I stayed in room 16; it was neither large nor small. It's just the right size.

The water pressure could have been slightly higher, and a hair conditioner would have been nice:). However, these are minor details.
