So, in general, I can rate the hotel as good, but compared with the previous time when I booked this hotel the price now was too high almost twice- it's awful- but the service was the same simply good (nothing special). Breakfast could be improved, (don't use pseudo-juice as a juice, because impossible to drink this substance), and Wi-fi is also no good! Bottled water in the room will be ok on the first day of arrival. Problems with water flush in the bathroom! This is a good hotel, but in my opinion, overpriced for a 2-star hotel! Good luck!

This is a great spot, one block to the Suldana Metro which gives easy access to the train station and airport. We were able to check-in a bit early after arriving by train. The one bedroom suite provided lots of room for three of us with a balcony and a seating area. The shower was hot and towels plentiful. Breakfast is self-serve buffet style: lots of choice and variety. There is a living room for guests and a laundry available. Travelling from here to anywhere in Lisbon was easy. We used a 48 hour transit pass which was great value. There is also a taxi stand outside the hotel. It was about 7 euros to the airport. The neighborhood has food and shopping available if needed and seemed safe even late at night.

Generally, everything is good at this budget price hotel. It is clean, well run, and the room is more than acceptable for a night or two if you need some place to stay without spending a fortune. It is about 5 minutes from the metro and there is a late night food bar/ take-away just outside in the same street. This is open until after midnight most nights. During the day, the are plenty of shops and services nearby including banks and a chemist in addition to the mass of fashion shops.

Perhaps a bottle of water in the room would be good. Also, a selection of jam at breakfast is about the only thing I can highlight.

I really enjoyed breakfast: fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, variety of bread, cereals etc. Great coffee. The room was at the back of the hotel overlooking an inner courtyard and was very quiet. I had a good nights sleep here. The room was clean. The room was small, but appropriate for a 2* hotel. I sent a message to staff before my arrival that I needed to leave before breakfast on one particular day, and they very kindly left me sandwiches, cake, juice for the next morning. The location of the hotel is near metro stop Saldenha, which is on the direct line from the airport and also easy access to the national bus station (3 stops or 25 minutes walk). There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes of the hotel.

The shower was a terrible experience because narrow and a huge fixed shower head, which means you have to be standing under the shower to turn on and adjust the temperature, but it varied from cold to absolutely scalding and there is no way of stepping out of the stream.

The room was sparkling clean with a lovely terrace! It's only a 35-minute walk to Praca do Comercio which was really convenient! However, there is a taxi stand right outside the hotel and several bus and metro stops within a radius of 3 to 15 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of dining options in the area within a stone's throw from the hotel

It would be great to have additional bathroom amenities and a wider variety of options for breakfast. Furthermore, there was only one electrical outlet in the room, and it was located across from the bed.

Cleaning was top notch. The breakfast lady was very helpful. They also helped us turning two single beds into double bed.

The receptionist who helped us check-in came across as rude. She kept our passports to scan and kept them on the side and started checking-in the other family. On being informed that we are getting late, she rudely picked those passports, scanned and handed over to us. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. although I mistakenly had selected 1 adult stay, I was charged €20 per person extra per night for the other adult, even though there were two single beds in the room. I believe that was unnecessary.

Affordability! The location is in a quiet part of Lisbon. Not too far from the Red and Yellow metro lines. There are plenty of local eateries to dine and grab a quick bite or a formal meal. The room, I thought, was spacious for the price. My room was exceptionally clean! I stayed in a lot of hotels and their cleanliness was one of the best. Yes, it's basic accommodation. They do offer breakfast, but I didn't go down for it because I wasn't feeling well. If I do stay again, which is likely, I'd like to try their breakfast for a thorough review. The check-in was easy, and the staff was wonderful.

The bathroom has soap dispensers, which I love in hotels. It's just the style of the dispensers I do not like. I prefer a tamper resistant dispenser. Something that can only be opened with a key. The bathroom was equipped with a twist cap that can be opened by any guest. That's just a safety precaution because anybody could fill it with anything.

The room was clean and tidy. There were also a lot of sockets in the room, especially near the bed.

It can get noisy. Our room was near the elevator and people just talking outside can be heard inside the room. Also, the bathroom was akwardly designed. You open the door and the toilet bowl is at the corner behind the door. And there wasn't much gap between the floor and the door so the door was always getting stuck.

Location, the street close to the hotel is so picturesque. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely return for that lovely street, but nothing more than that.

I would love to be welcomed by cheerful people. But maybe it's their nature. Different cultures, different people. The laundry service was not available in the afternoon. They should refill the soaps, coffee etc in the room. Didn't do it. I hope they will pay attention to such details. Breakfast is very basic. Recently the hotel prices have gone up, like a lot. Not the service though.

We stayed in the suite and were very impressed by the size of the rooms and the veranda. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast lady was exceptionally helpful. We didn't meet the cleaning staff, but our suite was always impeccably clean and well made up when we arrived back in the evening. There is a taxi rank just outside the door!

Unfortunately, the veranda of our room is right over a kebab joint and the smell of cooking affected and limited the time we spent on the veranda. And although I was quite happy with the continental breakfast included in the price, my partner complained about the lack of scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage.
