Amazing little boutique hotel, a pleasant walk to the bairro alto and the city centre. good location with restaurants nearby. Staff are so friendly in this property and always willing to help. We stayed in the suite and for the small amount extra it was totally worth it, we were blown away with the balcony’s views and the staff came everyday to offer apples, bottles of water and biscuits. Definitely recommend.

This wasn’t much that I didn’t like about this property as we had a perfect stay. One thing I would mention however is there is no locks on the balcony door (unless I’m being stupid), this did make me feel a little uneasy as the room besides balcony was connected to ours and could be accessed. Apart from that it was a great stay. Thank you!!

The hotel is spotlessly clean. Each day we were provided with an apple, water and a chocolate in our room. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The decor is beautiful and so bright. Breakfast is adequate and there is enough of a selection to keep you going, ie fruit, pastries, bread, eggs, cereal. There is a metro stop just outside the door of the hotel which links directly with the airport within 15 minutes. It also made it super easy for getting around Lisbon.

There really was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. However, I would like to suggest that tea/coffee making facilities be available in the room. The only downside to this hotel is there is no bar but there is a nice bar across the street. One small negative was that the croissants were not fresh on our second and third day. But there were plenty of other choices so we weren’t put out by this. All in all a fabulous hotel and I would recommend it entirely.

We loved the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the proximity to the Metro and the fact it had a pool on the rooftop. There was a good continental selection at breakfast too.

Unfortunately we did find the pool quite cold, and would’ve much preferred this a few degrees warmer! Other guests were also struggling with the temperature. Also we had an issue where housekeeping threw away a bag containing all our receipts for the trip, even though it was over with our luggage rather than near the bin. We did bring this up with the hotel twice, but unfortunately it was not found.

This was our first time in Lisbon and it won't be the last. The Hotel White is a great place to stay! The staff are wonderful and very helpful with any queries/ requests we had. A dip in the pool on the roof with fantastic views followed breakfast each morning was great to get the day started. The room was also very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries available if needed. I really couldn't fault the hotel and it's in a great location between the centre and also a short distance to the airport. Thank you so much to all the staff for making it a fantastic holiday!

We had a really lovely holiday the staff were all friendly and very helpful the location was perfect with the metro outside the hotel door breakfast very good and adequate. Also free complimentary water,chocolates, apples, daily and on departure a gift of 2 shower gels in a package a really lovely gesture. Plenty of restaurants and pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Perfect location

There was nothing negative

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which even included scrambled eggs and fresh pancakes. The location was excellent as it was right next to the Metro station. There is a supermarket nearby for things like sandwiches and fresh fruit for days out. There are also many places to eat. There is a shopping mall just a 20 minute walk which proved useful when one of our mobile phone cables broke. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The roof top terrace is worth a visit for a view of the city. It was winter season when we visited, so the outdoor swimming was not in use at the time. We were quite happy with this hotel and recommend it.

Really clean, modern and great location next to the metro for easy access to all of Lisbon’s sights. The rooftop bar had amazing views over the city and it could be used to midnight which was fantastic as it allowed me to see the sunset! The staff were also all warm, welcoming and very accommodating.

The only thing is that the building next to the hotel is being renovated, so it was very noisy on the final morning of my stay. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I’d been sightseeing, however I wasn’t well and was hoping to have a lie in but kept getting woken up by loud sounds of drilling. I mentioned it to the staff at check out and they were so lovely, very apologetic and it was such a shame as it’s out of their control really.

Superb hotel,great location ,wonderful staff, we fully recommend Our stay there and first visit to Lisbon couldn't have been better; one request before arriving was to have the rooms pre-heated( in December) and we found really warm and pleasant temperature inside. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean, bright , with great city views from the windows; very comfortable beds and very good breakfast; the young man ALFONSO, who attended guests for breakfast is extremely polite, friendly and attentive. Excellent location with Saldanha metro station right in front of the entrance to the hotel, many bus stations also very close. One of the strong points of this hotel is its brilliant reception desk staff, the ones we met : MARIANA, DIEGO, BEATRIZ, INES, GONCALO , are highly competent,helpful, friendly and kind, speaking several foreign languages and giving useful information and advice about means of transport, sights in the city, restaurants. They even used to bring apples, a bottle of water and sweets to the rooms every day. Many thanks again to all of them! We will definitely return to this hotel in the future! MUITO OBRIGADA Mariana

Everything was OK, no negative opinions

The room was excellent - very comfortable and a really good size. Shower was superb. The staff were second to none especially Daniela. During our stay I cut my head whilst walking in downtown Lisbon. Upon arriving back at the hotel, Daniela administered first aid - she was brilliant and very calm. After that she always asked how I was when I saw her. Check out time was 12.00 which gave us plenty of time to pack our bags and we could leave them at the hotel too. Nice to have a swimming pool too. Some lovely restaurants close by too. The hotel recommended a Portugeuse restaurant called Colina close by - it was exceptional so worth a visit!

There was nothing we didn't like. The only improvements that could be made are tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
