Great location and staff super friendly! Modern and comfortable room. The wellness area has a very nice pool and Sauna with city view!

In the wellness area the Turkish Bath wasn’t smelling good. And in the morning of our check out that should be a 12:00, we were awaken by a member of the housekeeping knocking at the door at 8:30am saying that had to clean the room!

It was clean and quiet, staff were nice and I liked their concept of all the technology in the room but sometimes it took a life of its own. Black out blinds and view from the room were ideal. Sauna & gym were also nice on top floor. We liked the area although be aware its about 30 min walk from main tourist area but we didnt mind walking.

Make sure if you are travelling with someone you are comfortable listening to them using the toilet in the room as there is no separate toilet or shower room. The pool was also a bit grubby looking.

This is my second stay. The hotel location is right near the train station, so getting there from the airport is convenient. It's not far from other restaurants and shops. There is a good breakfast, everything is clean, rooms were done up nicely. The staff are all courteous & accommodating, very professional.

I requested a room with twin beds & a city view. This is the second time this has happened, where I checked in and went to my room, only to find a double bed. I went downstairs & it was changed immediately, but they weren't initially sure a room would be available. The room was downgraded. The most important thing was the twin beds, rather than the room size and nice view... but still, this was booked well in advance and it would be nice to know that the room had been reserved in advance.

Nice modern hotel, staff was super nice! Lovely breakfast and actually quite a good food. Very comfy bed. Basically, everything you need. Specially convinent if you are working remotely like we did due to high speed wi fi, great service and this area of Lisbon is flat so easy to walk around.

The room was a little small, and the toilets are weird. They didn't bother us too much, though. This hotel is more in a business area so we took Uber every time we had to go to the city centre for sightseeing but the trip was super cheap like €4 so there was no issue.

The hotel was in an ideal location with street side cafe, indoor pool and gym.

This hotel tries to be innovative and high tech but it didn’t work for us. The toilet and shower are in glass enclosed tubes. the doors are difficult to slide and there is only a mesh curtain between the bathroom and bed. The facilities are poorly designed so that when upper floors shower or flush the toilet you can hear the water move through the room. The switches for lights and window panels are difficult the figure out and the air and heating are controlled by the TV. None of this information is clearly written or explained. I had to make several calls to reception to get this information.

Location is good, new modern city area, metro outside the door, hotel amenities useful (bar, gathering area, spa etc.) Check in/out easy, clean rooms every day. Colorful hotel, relaxing, good soundproof rooms, curtains very well block light from outside. Refrigerator just big enough to cooldown bottle of vine and strawberries.

Interesting bathroom and toilet in a room, I'm still not sure what to say about them :). I miss one more chair, even small one, as we were two doing some work at the table.

I really liked the facilities available in the hotel. The gym was adequate and the pool and sauna was well used during the stay. The hotel was in a very good location and a short distance from the Metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

I liked the layout of the room, though it would have been uncomfortable and less private if i was sharing with someone as the toilet and shower area is too close to the sleeping area.

Plenty of space in the room. A heated pool with sauna. The breakfast had a good range of food and food was fresh. I arrived early and they were still able to assign the correct bed types for the stay. Reception were very welcoming and answered every query quickly & professionally. Location is right in front of the metro, so coming from the airport was easy. Good location near public transport, shops and restaurants a short walk away. The common areas were good, with space to work and order food while outside of the room.

A lovely modern hotel, in a perfect location - situated right next to the metro but in a pleasant leafy square. Bright and super-clean, with friendly and helpful Reception staff.

The restaurant - loud music and large TV screen were offputting. We didn't eat there; although we were given a menu promptly and the restaurant was pretty empty, no-one then came to take our order within about 15 minutes, so we left. Maybe there is a system we didn't know about... but if so we weren't informed.

Lovely hotel, very modern design. Staff very friendly! Large room size, comfy bed, good desk for working. Great views from the well-equipped gym and wellness area on the top floor. Had an early start each day, so didn't try the hotel's breakfast but grabbed something on the way, in one of the many places in the area around the hotel. Fantastic lobby with really nice seating areas. Excellent location, next to Metro, with many shops and restaurants but also nice residential areas for exploring. In walking distance to Gulbenkian Museum and park. The layout of the bathroom facility was interesting, perhaps not ideal when sharing the room in some cases.

All very nice, just missed a tea/coffee facility in the room in addition to the daily free bottle of water which was much appreciated. My suggestion would be also to invest in a ironing board, as the one I got upon my request was surprisingly flaky.
