Very nicely decorated, clean and stylish hotel. Only 7 rooms so nice, small hotel. Lovely simple fresh breakfast included with very kind, friendly kitchen staff. Shared bathroom was shared with just 1 other room and was close by so really no problems there. Good location, just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Quiet - no noise or problems from road or other guests. There is also access to the hostel facilities upstairs including kitchen but we didn’t use this. Free overnight parking available nearby on the street. Great location if you hire a car to get out and explore other places in the algarve. Lots of extra, thoughtful touches like the coffee machine and water fountain. Top quality for a guesthouse. Would definitely recommend staying here to friends

Room is a bit small but that really wasn’t a problem for us and it was very clean, bright and nicely decorated but may be tricky if you have a lot of luggage. Would have appreciated more fruit at breakfast. The rooms are in the basement so there is no proper window as such, this wasn’t a problem though as we were using this as a base to explore, rather than really spending time in the room.

I loved that I had my own room that came with towels, slippers, a robe, & a TV at a low expense. A delicious breakfast was included and the room was quiet and dark due to the brilliant European shutters! The shared bathroom was for just 2 rooms and had plenty of hot water and a hair dryer - another bonus! Also, there was free water, coffee and tea available. Finally, the staff was friendly and super helpful with getting my TV working and answering questions.

The motion sensor hallway light was a bit wonky but definitely not a deal breaker. it just needs a longer setting.

Breakfast was excellent with high quality, unusual local products, such as folhado custard pastries and homemade pumpkin jam. The Guesthouse has been created with care and taste; stylish tiles and locally-woven baskets and old musical instruments adorn the walls. It is also kept immaculately clean. The room was generous and bed was very comfortable. We also liked the complimentary coffee machine(excellent espresso!) and fig sweets, left in the room. The location is very central for exploring the market, churches and other sights of Loule, which is a beautiful town.

Although we realise it was due to Covid restrictions, we had to book breakfast at a specific time, which was then altered to an earlier slot. This meant that breakfast felt rushed and we couldn’t order any hot food, which was a pity. Also, although the room was beautiful, it is in a basement and so there was a lot of noise from the street outside. So to sleep well, you definitely need to bring ear plugs.

The room was nice and clean. There was a bottle of water and sweets in the room and free tea/coffee and cake provided for the guests in the corridor. The little breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. There was even some home made Easter cake. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

I only got to spent one night in this beautiful Guesthouse, but honestly it has been one of the nicest places I have stayed so far! Friendly staff, sparkly clean, a modern and eco-friendly design (you can really see that they spent a lot of thought on sustainability!), and very nice breakfast!!! The location couldn't be better and you can walk around comfortably, even at night, and have access to lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend!!!

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, continental buffet available and hot food included to order aswell. Great location for a visit to loulé, lots of shops, restaurants and bars around Check in process was very easy and stress free

On our booking we weren't aware of the hostel upstairs however it didn't effect us too much just worth knowing prior.

Miguel kindly waited for us for our very late arrival however was very, very courteous and helpful. We absolutely loved the breakfast freshly cooked by the lovely smiling Rute. Best breakfast of our stay in multiple hotels. The mattress was great and location perfect for our needs. We will visit again! Bathrobes and slippers available for us too!

The windows were at street level. Not a huge issue for us at all but others may find this an issue

Nice central guesthouse near to the municipal market. Lovely breakfast. We stayed Friday night and Sunday night but had to go to another guesthouse on the Saturday as they were fully booked. We would definitely stay again.

Having to find somewhere else on the Saturday night.

Location, price, water fountain, style

Bit small breakfast (2eggs).Had to top it up with granola. Lack of vegetables. Cucumber, tomato, some green salad would be great.

Super friendly team - from check in through to breakfast and check out - excellent value for money - a real treat! Hadn't been expecting to stay in Loulé (was passing through on my way further east) and was delighted. Good facilities, fantastic breakfast - and super close to the center of town. What's not to love?

Only point was that for some reason there was no hot water in the shower around 2100 - may have just been me being a mug, but may have been something else in the building. Was too tired to do anything about it. Also the shower head holder was a bit loose, but very minor point for the overall value.
