For a hotel of this sophistication we were surprised by two things: 1. The WiFi access and password allocation is not as simple as you think it is. I asked for help at Reception but the very helpful receptionist was unable to work out how to solve the problem on my iPad. I was unable to connect but managed to access internet using a laptop. 2 information A to Z. Paper sheets inside plastic protective covers and then bundled into a general cover. Not chic at all. Very poor “Design”

The employees were really friendly and attentive. We felt welcomed. It was very clean. The shower was special and the shower gel smelled really good. We got a bottle of wine for dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

The building was very hot for some reason. The spa was a bit outdated. Not all the functions of the shower were working.

Location 10/10! The staff were exceptional. The spa was basic but offered a nice relax after a long days motorbike ride. The "play" room had a wonderful pool table we really enjoyed. The whole modern concept of decor was fantastic and we loved the ambiance when you first enter.

The Room was very basic and was billed as "rotating 35 degrees to capture the view". It was a gimmick we were interested in enjoying but it never moved. Add to this the unfortunate building being built between the hotel and the sea and it became a very pricey and fairly small room without a bath and poor water pressure. The breakfast was very basic and the menu did not cater for vegetarians very well.

Hotel has an excellent central location in Caminha, with nearby parking space. It is well decorated and has great amenities like indoor pool, spa, and outdoor garden. Bicycles are available for renting at a fair price. Staff is welcoming and efficient.

Hotel may need to re-evaluate air flow system to ensure water vapor from showers adequately escapes room divisions. This is also applicable for indoor pool area. Guest book/instructions needs to be reprinted and include info about the Playstation inside the room (nice touch, but not clear on how to use it). Nice to make sure swimming caps and bicycle helmets are available for kids.

The location can’t be bettered. Stunning facade and tastefully decor inside. It’s an old building but very well maintained and the rooms are differently themed. We stayed in the street art room which was brilliant. Bed super comfy and great bathroom. Also had a seating area and an outside patio. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

With it being a very old building there was a slight smell of damp when entering the room but I think it has more to do with the humidity from the air con than anything else. The room was super clean, comfortable and cool. No complaints just an observation?

Very large and comfortable bed, excellent room design especially the wall paper. Excellent shower and very clean room. The whole hotel looked very comfortable clean and very interesting.
