Excellent location- super pet friendly. Rooms and hotel in general were spotless and comfortable. Excellent bathrooms and water pressure. Did I mention wonderfully pet friendly? And yet even though we saw many other dogs, there was no noise as the insulation is top notch. Best of both worlds! Ample free parking all around. Front desk staff super kind and helpful as well. Location is just outside of the madness of the city but a stone throw away. Traveled for work and the free wifi was flawlessly reliable and super fast (and my usage demands were no small joke! Super impressive). One of those places that are so good that you almost dont want to review in order to keep it to yourself :) Didnt have the breakfast but looked and smelled fresh and the free round-the-clock coffee was such a plus!

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and the facilities are of good taste and quality. If travelling in the winter time, you will appreciate the fact that the rooms are well-heated with modern A/C units. We appreciated that there was complimentary coffee and tea offered 24/7 in the lobby. Oeiras is a lovely suburb of Lisbon, close to the ocean. Also, withing walking distance, there is a large shopping mall, Oeiras Parque with plenty of shops and a diverse food court. The price was also imbatable, far cheaper than most hotels in Lisbon in the same category.

The hotel is modern with a clean - some might say a clinical feel. The rooms had all that you need with a large shower. Breakfast was excellent. It is located within 2 minutes of a beautifully kept urban park with outstanding views. Easily reachable by car and a great base for Lisbon, Suntra, Estoril, etc. Parking was free and easy.

I would have liked a central light in the room and a plug in the sink. Most importantly, instructions on how to use the A/C. Staff couldn't explain in English

B&B knocks it out of the park yet again. Clean from floor to ceiling, dog friendly, genuinely kind, knowledgable, and friendly staff. We love staying here and cant wait to come back. Also, is there crack in the free hot drinks machine in the first floor?? How can an express machine-made cappuccino be this fantastic??

We've had the pleasure of staying here many times and it is a true favorite! Excellent location and walking around (esp if you have pets), staff are lovely and so kind, the rooms are usually very clean and comfortable ( this particular time the room was not cleaned as usual (previous guest toothpaste in sink, hair in shower, etc) but I believe it to be a one off) as normally they are borderline sterile in their cleaning practices, which is lovely. Cant wait to return!

Marco on reception was extremely helpful he went above and beyond to help us get organised with food after attending a local concert he set us up with Uber eats to get some food at midnight, he was very informative and while there was a few people hanging about waiting for service he kept his calm and was very polite.

A very small thing and nothing serious, just at breakfast there was no knife available to butter my roll. Other than that no complaints at all...

I enjoyed everything! This Hotel B&B is wonderful. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable, a quietly place, very good staff, free drink. For me it is the best place to stay and I will definitely come back.

The coffee machine is not working properly

Good value for the price. Within walking distance of a large indoor mall and a lovely park. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Quiet surroundings.

Need to have a nightstand next to either side of the bed or at least a shelf to put things on.

Breakfast was every day same, it would be good to change it a bit, I was staying there for 9 days and after 4th days I was bit bored from served food. On the other hand was food good quality.
