Amazonia Jamor Hotel

Property is renovated inside, comfortable stay, hotel is ok. The location is a bit out of the centre so person needs to use bus or taxi. The hotel is by highway which is good to get quickly in and out. There is not much around - restaurants etc. Our room did have view in the other direction so our room so quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not superb but standard. We did not use the facilities but it had the pool etc. For the price, I find it good.

It needs further renovations, mainly outside. I would appreciate a minibar filled - at least for water and maybe wine, especially since we did not really catch the restaurant open.

It is an amazing place to stay, good value for the money. Parking provided, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool, clean rooms all the facilities provided. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about, but I was only missing tomatoes at the breakfast (other than that it was perfect!) and there could be more sun loungers at the swimming pool area.

There was a power outage when we arrived which knocked the computer system out so it took a long time before we could get rooms and even longer to get Access keys. Through out the staff were friendly

I extended my stay with Amazonia a week before we got there. Surely they should have allocated the same room for 2 nights but no we had to pack up and move out in the morning putting luggage in storage and unpacking again the same evening. Not much planning from the hotel.

I was really unfortunate during my stay because I found myself totally incapacitated (very severe knee tendinitis ) and had to be repatriated from Portugal. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. they organized my transfer with the emergency services and provided a lot of add. services at no cost. Just wanted to bring me some relief. The kind of behavior you don't expect in hotel and lots of empathy.

The value for money is excellent! Hotel with swimming pool and gym facilities. Very spacious rooms!

You do need a car, but free parking! Minibar fridge did not work, but we didn’t need it so.

The pool is good, they have towels available and inside and outside pool. The breakfast is well served too.

The hotel needs a little care, it is old and needs more maintenance. The hotel could offer some water to the customers.

Location is good, easy to get. And parking inside the hotel territory

Venting in the bathroom wasn’t working. After taking 2 showers bathroom stayed wet and humid for the rest of the stay

Super friendly people and very helpful. There was good food, and when I asked for wine for Shabbat, they were so very kind to give me this.

Air conditioner leaks water. Overall, in my opinion, the hotel have some improvements. But we loved staying.
