Perfect oceanfront location. This hotel offers amazing views, and it's walking distance to beach restaurants, shops and train stations. It was only 20 minutes away from Lisbon by car, and it's also 20 minutes away from Cascais, which is such a dream destination. We got an upgrade and got a large suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Our suite was extremely comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a living room area. The staff were always kind and friendly. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, eggs, croissants, orange juice, and everything you need for a complete breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant, and we highly recommend the salmon, but everything was great. We'll be back.

While I agree with other reviews about the need to update certain areas, the truth is that once this hotel is updated, the rates will significantly increase because of its location and large rooms. So I hope management finds a balance point.

Great breakfast. Large suite with balcony looking out to the water. Lovely staff. Restaurant could have a more imaginative menu for dinner with more vegetables. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.

Since we didn’t have a car, only drawback was long walk along a busy divided highway between train stations, but there were stoplights and crosswalks. The walk and the road were beside the beach, so it only felt awkward at night. Not unsafe at all though. You can avoid the walk with taxi or Uber though.

Everything was clean and organised. Even though the pool is not yet provided with towels as it is not the season the staff was happy to let us use the pool anyways as long as you bring your towels. The views from the sea side are stunning and the balconi is perfect to enjoy your breakfast or dinner.

It states on the papers that there is a laundry bag in the rooms to get your cloths clean but we did not see any at all. The bedroom lights were not working or we didnt manage to turn them on. only the befd-side table lamps. not a major problem to be honest, still the best place and im sure that was our room only.

breakfast was great , location was ok probably much better with a vehicle ,in-room facilities were very minimal but the staff were helpful with things like bottle opener etc, very relaxing location and a short train ride to Lisbon city.

Location is excellent for a city trip - one stays close (15 mins by train) to the multitude of Lisbon city attractions and at the same moment so close to the ocean coast and Caxias Beach, which is super nice and is good for all kinds of activities. Personnel at the hotel was very helpful and competent. Breakfast was very good, especially considered that not so many hotels in Lisbon offered any at all.

Great selection of food at breakfast. Helpful staff. Great views from the terrace (our room had views at the back of the property, but this wasn't an issue)

it has to be the location and atmosphere. it’s been improved since we stayed here lastly.

there’s some outdated features that could be fixed up, like the bathrooms, phones, some furniture in the rooms,etc. it’s also a pity that there’s no mini bar in the rooms. you need to come to the reception to get a coke or a beer.

The place has a special atmosphere that you would hardly find in new hotels. Beautiful garden with a swimming pool directly accessible from your bedroom. You can see the ships passing by on their way to the open sea. A little renovation would be nice and it is obviously planned however for us it is more than good enough.

The photos don’t sell it enough it’s a lovely hotel with a really nice room. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

Would be better to have a few more sun beds

Breakfast was very good and the gentlemen in charge was also very very nice. Same goes for the gentlemen that was at the reception when we arrived. Thank you, all.

The bathroom could have been more updated. No complaints but it does need improvements.
