Breakfast was great especially having the portogese P de Nata there every morning. No one watched us or rushed us at breakfast time. no complain at all. staff are excellent . The room was clean and BEDs were comfortable. Having a LIDL supermarket just meters away is a VERY BIG Bonus for the location of the hotel.

Calling from the room was extremely expensive. BAD decision from management to keep it this way. I know local or even european visitors have there mobile phone with them, so no need for room telephone. But visitors from USA Canada , Africa and Asia ...etc can not use here mobile phone so they need room telephone. In my experience, I needed to call airline a lot as they lost by baggage and cancelled my flight...so i needed to disturb the hotel reception staff to call the airline for me and I kept the reception telephone buys many times.

Excellent check-in (in French, very nice). The sofa-bed had been prepared properly for our two kids. For a couple, the room would be very nice, almost spacious. But with the sofa-bed open there wasn't much room left to move about, although the little desk was still usable. The kettle with a few tea/coffee bags was a nice touch. There were two sets of pillows (soft and hard) on both beds; again, a nice touch. The bathroom had a bathtub. Not huge, but enjoyable nonetheless. Our kid forgot his plush toy while waiting for checkin and we hadn't even noticed. Thankfully the staff had it on display at their desk so we could not miss it when we came back later in the evening. Very grateful for their kindnedd when giving it back too. Super nice breakfast with a good variety of everything, although nothing too fancy, apart from that wonderful automatic pancake maker ! Also the inn, true to the term, is conveniently placed next to the motorway (but without the noise, surprisingly) so that was super convenient. I had picked it so I could then drive to the airport in the morning and it was no hassle at all, almost all motorway : we were there within half an hour.

Nothing really bad comes to mind. It was all I expected and then the kindness of the staff made better what wasn't perfect. I guess the toilet seat needs fixing (kept slipping sideways because one of the hinges is loose), and there was no plug for the bathtub (we improvised) although that might be on purpose to save water ? There is an absolutely gigantic shopping mall not too far, but not close enough to really go there on foot (and it's not a very pleasant walk, I reckon). Well worth driving though, because with 37 restaurants and an entire level turned into a food courtyard, it certainly was worth the short drive. Oh, I missed the turn to the parking when I first arrived. Perhaps a tiny sign would be useful ?

Rooms were spacious, easy to get an Uber to central Lisbon, staff was always so kind and friendly, and amazing value for money - really felt more like a 4* and not a dodgy roadside motel! Breakfast was busy but good variety, including healthy options and melon/watermelon/pears and yoghurts/cheese with good selection of breads and drinks.

As it’s a roadside hotel, and as a female solo traveler, there were some creepy moments in the lifts/corridors with men being a bit too forward… it sucks but waiting for another lift or chatting to reception clears these types of men away. There were mostly families staying here so that added a level of safety.

I arrived very tired due to flight delay and then drove rental car in very hectic, stressful rush hour and was so pleasently surprised to be greeted by my name (sic! Never stayed in this hotel before) by a very smily and friendly Joana. A very special thank you to Joana for reassuring me that everything will be fine and sharing very helpful tips and suggestions for my stay. The hotel is a no-nonsense accomodation, far from busy center, surrounded by business park. Very clean (my room looked like it was recently refreshed, painted walls, uplifted bathroom) and peaceful to come back to after busy day to rest. And staff like Joana is price of gold!

The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options and we felt the stay was good value for what we paid. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Our only complaint was that the beds were not comfortable. Our daughter slept on a pullout and springs were coming through the mattress. The pillows were paper thin and when we asked for extras, they said there weren’t any available.

Good standard Rooms, free parking, rooms clean, good air-condition, friendly staff. the only problem is the location which is far from Lisbon city center. I had a car so it was a big deal for us to drive to Lisbon by our car. in general if I go to Lisbon area, I will think about to use Holiday Inn hotel if they have available room with reasonable price at that time.

Cleanness and comfort are a must have for me. The hotel's standard of Cleanness is 10 out of 10. Very comfortable stay. All staff ftom reception, management, kitchen breakfast team and the cleaning team are all absolutely brilliant. My children age 13 and 7 and my friend's children age 13 absolutely loved the whole experience. One of the best locations for summer holidays. Loved my stay at the hotel and the location.

Room was good enough for our family. Bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The room service used to change the bed sheets and towels every day. Breakfast was very good

Nothing specific. Improvements: 1)The staff could have better knowledge on the tourist spots and could explain with a tourist map. 2) Breakfast was good, but expected more variety

Size and facilies was very good the staff was pilite and friendly.They gave a very comfort room to my parents who have problem in movement .I appreciate their help.

There wasn’t refrigerator in the room.Usually hotels have a small fridge.It was the only problem that we had.

Location is a little bit out of Lisbon, but for us this is advantage. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Sintra and Lisbon with Bolt and public transport.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Maybe if we have small fridge in room it will be better.
