The breakfast buffet offers plenty of possibilities to choose from although the possibility to choose for another type of egg dish should be given. The same choice came every day. Good bakery display.

The unavailability of the swimming pool down to maintenance for the whole stay was a disappointment as it would have been a perfect way to relax, although the weather wouldn't have allowed a daily use anyway.

The room is very nice and clean! Sheets are with a very good quality! comfortable bed! And it was very quite at night.

The only thing that I would change is coffee machines in the restaurant. Good coffee is a very important part of breakfast. I tried to pick americano, cappuccino. Both did not taste like coffee. So my husband and me went to drink a coffee in cafeteria near by. Melon also was not fresh.

-got a corner room so had plenty of sun light. -it was barrier-free room so it was spacious -beds were comfortable. -good breakfast with variety and good coffee. -staff were helpful.

-the barrier-free room has an emergency switch just next to the light switch and one of the sides did not even have any kind of label, so we touched it by mistake and the alarm went off a few times... -the location is far from any train station or bus(if I'm not mistaken...) so you need a car to get there.

Very good and pleasant staff and the breakfast was also good. parking was also often available. They also had a gym which was also very good. The rooms were great because they had also a TV with channels for children and they had also a mini fridge.

What I found very bad were the room keys it was with a card but every time we want to take the elevator the card has to go up but it gave a red light and then you have to go all the way back to the reception to get it to fix, this must improve!

Staff were excellent and very help during check in and when I needed to book another night once my fight was rearranged. They were also great at arranging taxis and even arranged for my short to be ironed for free when they ran out of irons. Breakfast was fine - continental as advertised and as expected. Room was nice, clean and well appointed. Bath plug didn't work properly and needed some effort to dislodge to allow water to drain. But, otherwise, the room was great and maid service was excellent. Some of the hallways and room fittings were probably a bit dated by now but they weren't shabby and didn't bother me. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

The cooked elements of the breakfast weren't the best. My bath plug didn't work properly. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice clean facilities great costumers service receptionists restaurant staff domestic staff all very friendly,helpful and very trustworthy we never used the safe left our belongings out of safe every day and never had any issues. Although you could tell they were under staffed the service was outstanding.

Because I don't drive a bit far from main station but you can do a long walk instead of paying for taxi 😜

The hotel is perfect, the rooms are big. They accommodate for babies. Breakfast is quite well presented you just need to arrive on time to avoid the queue. The staff were very polite and kind. They let us check out later than the set time. Thank you

The pool was not heated.

It was a quiet hotel - and I really liked the fact the restaurant was open all day. We arrived at 1630 and were starving after travelling, and it was really nice to be able to get a meal easily.

The location isn’t great of you don’t have a car. Luckily we did so we could get about easily.

The hotel is clean but a bit outdated. The location is not great, there is no much to see around. Not easy to reach by public transportation but there is a taxi station nearby.

The main reason to book this hotel was their claim that they are offering a free shuttle to Tagus Park. Unfortunately, the shuttle is not offered anymore since a quite long time but they forget to update this (false) claim. The restaurant was not open for dinner (even if they had a private party when we wanted to dine) and there are not many eating places around.

It was a Nice hotel it has pool and gym. The breakfast was also really nice

The staff could be nicer.. The lady from the morning was rude and barely saw us.. Doesn't hurt smile a bit sometimes.. The cleaning inside the room also is not the best.. So don't expect to much from it..
