Staff at the hotel were very nice. Our apartment was conveniently close to the hotel and to the main strip for restaurants. Beautiful view of the marina.

It would be great if there were some small kitchen accessories - kitchen paper, a few dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid etc.

The rooftop pool was not that clean,needs to be painted around pool area and deck chairs broke.

The keys to the apartments can be collected at the reception of the neighboring large hotel with a similar name, which is quite comfortable. The apartment is very, large, comfortable, for a family of 4 even comfortable. Additionally, the receptionist was very helpful and changed us an apartment without a sea view to an apartment with a view for the same price. The facility is directly on the promenade by the waterfront, close to nice pubs, bars and restaurants.

The kitchen lacked some dishes, pans, etc. Additionally, the description of the property should specify that only some apartments have an actual sea view, from most of them you would have to have a giraffe's neck to see the seashore. Additionally, there is no beach in the area at all and you either have to take a ferry to the nearest (sincerely charming) islands or drive a few kilometers. The swimming pool on the roof, quite small, with cold water and not very clean.

we were given a different apartment than the pictures shows. The view from apartment was not very nice, defo not a sea view as on the pictures ( we had a building site and other blocks view ) there was not even a coffee or tea in the apartment, that we always had in a different places.

Helpful staff in the hotel, good location and short walk into the main part of town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with a sea view.

Slightly strange layout. Rather than having a separate kitchen this could have been a 2 bed flat with a kitchen diner. Then we would have had a sofa to relax on instead of a sofa bed for our daughter to sleep on and nowhere to sit together. The dining table (which we did not use) was in a dark window-less area which seemed to make no sense.

Large and well furnished. Good parking. Good restaurant just below it. Close to town and salt pans for walk.

You need to bring your own dishwasher liquid and tablets, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels etc for the kitchen.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Really well equipped with good wardrobe space. Lovely big bathroom and shower room. In an excellent location just opposite the new marina and a short walk from the vast array of restaurants, cafes and bars.

It would have been good to have a washing machine though there is a laundrette in one of the blocks opposite. A small welcome pack with just a few basic items such as water, tea bags, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablet/washing up liquid to let you get refreshed after travelling would be lovely. We had to get to the supermarket straight away to buy supplies, which wasn’t ideal without a car.

Like the safety of the building. How big the apt was. The cleanliness. The location was great and quiet, in the most part. The 2 bathrooms were great. The laundry facility in the next building was perfect. The dishes and pot and pans and cutlery were very clean and new. The cleaning staff was very professional.

The only thing was that the louvered windows in the kitchen made the kitchen cold at night and a bit noisy when the resto was opened below. Some apt have doors to that area that encloses the louvered windows.

Newer apartments near the marina in Ohlāo. Free parking right outside and great winter rates made this a good stay. Only a short walk away from old town and the dining strip. Apartment was large, beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Definitely need to improve the maintenance a bit - apartment looks pretty worn in many spots. Probably one of the most uncomfortable couches I have experienced in my life. Additionally, maybe some cleaning products and additional kitchen amenities would be nice (like more than one kitchen towel or 3 drinking glasses). If you are someone who travels with electronics, consider bringing a power strip.

Spacious apartments with a sea view from the balcony. All apartments have a spacious balcony with a sea view. Plenty of free parking, though you might have to park around the corner sometimes. Great restaurants nearby and a great new marina complex with a great nighttime vibe to it, maybe a mix of Portuguese, brazillian and cuban. Local restaurants very, try Cestaria is superb, we suggest for once eating inside. The people at Olhão are mostly Portuguese, Spanish and a few French

Usually eat out for breakfast in the local restaurants but chose to eat at the hotel connected to the apartments. All the hot food was cold, even those freshly brought out. Massively disappointed especially as we paid 20 euros more than eating out locally.
