Overall a decent place with a nice outdoor and indoor pool, as well as spa facilities. The sauna and Turkish bath were an extra bonus. Good bar, although I found the breakfast a little bit overpriced. The rooms are starting to show their age and the soundproofing is not up to modern standards. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking. Location is relatively good in a quiet part of the island. Nice views overlooking the car park. Staff are kind, professional and courteous.

The rooms are really starting to show their age a bit and, while the kitchenette is perfectly acceptable, perhaps a little mood lighting would not go amiss.

The rooms were quite cozy and comfortable. The kitchenette had all the necessary utensils to produce a good meal for a couple! Due to bad weather, we didn't get the chance to try the outdoor pool, however the indoor pool was quite relaxing. Breakfast was quite expansive and varied and the staff were always ready to help!

The gym facility is a little bit neglected. The cycling bikes are rusty and need some lubricant to make them work properly. The peck deck machine and the inner thigh machine were either broken or rusty. They were not functional at the very least. In this, I would either recommend a gym machine tech to take a look at all the equipment, repair all the needed equipment and take advantage of his maintenance visit and ask him how the gym facilities could be improved without making to high of an investment.

Apartment had everything that we needed to cook. Nice property and can request cleaning on days that needed vs daily. Great to sit around the pool. Very clean property. Would definitely go back.

Saw cockroaches near garbage area in parking lot but being to this island many times in the summer, it is expected with the climate. Did not see any in the apartment complex.

The location was great close to my family and close to ponta delgada The breakfast was great with yummy options

Wish there were more outlets in the room and hooks would be nice in the bathroom to hang towels and toiletry bags

We stayed in an ground floor appartment, which was clean, spacious, fully equipped (water boiler, toaster, coffe maker,...) with balcony, looking over the pool, there were shampoo and also conditioner provided in the shower.. The property has good sized indoor and outdoor pools, big parking in the property, restaurant, bar, continental breakfast (with decent choice of food), is easly accessible and really easy to be found.

Nice service and restaurant for having dinner. Breakfast was good and rooms were big. Friendly staff.

The humidity level in the room was quite high. The apartment furniture is a bit outdated. The indoor pool and washrooms definitely need updating.

it had good facilities like games room and pool/gym and outside football court and bar & restaurant. and an outside pool although we didn’t use it. it was a small hotel but nice & quiet.

Quiet location, in the middle of the island with easy access to everything. Pet friendly, without asking for extra fee for them. Good size apartments with all the amenities for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area. The breakfast was decent, enough variety

It feels that it would use some upscale, the furniture, the finishings were a bit old. They are all functional nevertheless. The internet connection wasn't strong in all the areas.

I would prefer if the gym was open later or 24 hours a day. The gym equipment is very old. Very limited options for dumbbell weights.
