Very recommend 👍 Excellent, big, very functional apartment with 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. Clean, you have all you need in kitchen. Separate room for washmasine and drying. Outside of windows there are blinds that protect from light in night. Air heater for cold times. By metro station. Besides canteen that works from 7. Nice breakfast room. Breakfast simple, but nice start for busy day 😊 Fruits, wonderful healthy grain bread and coffee ☕

Would be nice to have hot towel dryers, as we were in november. And soap in kitchen 😊 One day no bacon 🥓 in breakfast 🤔 With it would be 🔟.

Excellent location, just in front of exit from metro station Trindade and just couple of minutes of walk from city center. It is spacious apartment, fully equipped, so if you want to cook for yourself - it is highly possible, including nice supermarket just 50m away. Our apartment was spacious, 2 bedrooms + living room with sofa (very comfortable to sleep). There are a lot wardrobes + additional small room (with washing machine). Very friendly staff, clean room, everything was setup according to our wishes. Good value for this price. Highly recommended- very strong 9.

Due to location, for some might a bit noisy (sound of streets) in the night. We have booked room with breakfast - which was really OK - it was not 4-star hotel experience, but was good. One thing to improve for the breakfast - please :) improve quality of your coffee :).

This is spacious 2-bedroom apartment with large bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Apartment is accessible by elevator. Check in and out went smoothly. Host provided plenty of towels. There is washing machine, electric heaters etc - everything you might need. Host even provided me with a bottle of Portuguese wine, a very nice surprise. Location is very convenient getting to and from airport and to and from city center.

Kitchen knife urgently needs sharpening - it was impossible to cut anything with it. It is not really the most quiet place, and windows does not block the noise very well. Small balcony might be a bonus.

Our stay at this spacious apartment was nothing short of amazing. With room for 4 people, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, it had everything we needed and more. The cafe on the first floor was a convenient bonus. The workers were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I must give a special shoutout to Vitor Corrêa, who went above and beyond his duties. When we forgot our passports in the lobby, Vitor promptly messaged me, despite it being late at night. By then we were 2 hours away from Porto. He patiently waited for my return, provided me with essential information about bus schedules, and even arranged an Uber to ensure I made it back in time to catch the bus. Without his exceptional assistance, I wouldn't have been able to continue my journey. Thank you, Vitor, for your outstanding service and kindness. You truly made a difference. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to others.

We had a fantastic experience at this apartment, exceeding our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the well-equipped kitchen added a wonderful touch to our stay. The spacious bedrooms provided comfort, and the beds were exceptionally cozy. Additionally, the apartment's prime location allowed us to explore Porto's main attractions on foot, making our visit even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Porto, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and conveniently located accommodation.

Really good value for money in our opinion. Right next to Trindade station so very well connected, a few minutes walk into the main centre and sights of Porto. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 adults with 2 bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge Diner. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were most welcoming and helpful including booking us a taxi and storing our luggage upon check out as our flight back was later in the day.

Great location. Took the Metro straight from the airport to Trindade, walked across the street and checked-in. It was that simple! Staff was delightful and very helpful, especially Beatriz. Was able to walk to all attractions without needing transportation. Was in Porto when they celebrated Sao Joao festival. Truly a fun and memorable experience. Locals celebrated on the streets late into the morning so it's actually better not to stay too close to the river. Would gladly return to this apartment if visiting Porto again.

Only one bathroom available. Two bathrooms for 5 people would have been perfect!

The apartment was very well located with easy access from the airport and central to the city so could walk to most sights. It was very clean, comfortable and furnished with most everything needed for a city break.

Was a bit noisy at night(Friday and Saturday) as a bar close by. Would have liked a toaster but managed with the grill instead.

The Apartment was HUGE, a lot of space, very clean, everything was new and comfortable( including beds), Bathroom was bery Big too. There was a hair dryer too :) . Very close to the city center - we could get everywhere by foot. Reception working Well, we came earlier than the check in hour, so they tagged our luggage and placed it in our room, so it was waiting for us when we arrived later on.

The check-in hour is since 16:00 (not 15:00 as it said when we booked the apartment) BUT they sent us information few days before our stay with the proper hour (16:00) - so just this little thing.

The location was great, the apartment was spacious and clean and made our stay in Porto feel like 'home'. We arrived earlier than the advised check-in time but our room was ready and this was a massive plus - we arrived in Porto after an early morning flight and on a hot summer day and we were all exhausted! SPOT crew wellcomed us with a bottle of Porto wine which was really nice! Everything was just perfect - wellcoming, clean property & great staff! Highly reccommend! 👏👏👏
