Modern hotel that is well maintained. 2 lifts to all floors. Free coffee etc in the reception / lounge. Room was a good size. Walk in shower in the bathroom. Comfy bed. Room was quiet. Great location opposite Trindade Metro Station. Cafe next door was excellent for drinks and light meals.

Not a lot. You receive vouchers for breakfast at the cafe / shop next door. We ordered off the breakfast menu and when we came to give to give the vouchers in were told they did not qualify for the food we had just had. So be careful and ensure the cafe staff know you are using the hotel vouchers. Therefore cost us 15 euros (but was worth it)

Great location near Trindade metro station. Super handy for exploring. Within walking distances to many places of interest. Friendly staff. Hotel was very clean. Ideal for a short city break.

If you opt for breakfast you end up going to the coffee shop up the road. What is available is limited to hotel guests. The food is fine, but during busy periods locals are served over hotel guests. Has to be a better system than this. With 2 coffee shops beside the hotel you could go to either & pick what you like freely.

We really liked the location of the hotel, as it was really close to all the important infrastructure (city, metro station,...). The hotel and the rooms were furnished quite modern, especially the lounge. Although they didn't offer breakfast in house, they offered free coffee in the lounge from the machine, with quite a variety of coffees. The staff was really friendly as well, both with helping us regarding the paperwork and giving us tips for the city.

There's barely anything we didn't like, but we did notice some things that could be improved. For breakfast for example, the neighbouring restaurant could offer a bit more of a variety (not just the same menu every day). In a technical sense our room (103) had broken lock in the bathroom, so the door couldn't be neither closed or locked - but that didn't affect the experience of our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, next to Trindade Metro and within walking distance of many of Porto’s tourist sites. I requested a room on the top (9th)floor because I’m a light sleeper and was concerned about the hotel’s proximity to a busy road. Our room was not only at the top, but also to the rear and I enjoyed the view from our balcony and also a quiet night’s sleep. The hotel is relatively small and friendly and has free coffee from the machine on the ground floor. I would say that in style, it compares to a Premier Inn (UK) , with rooms that are well planned and functional.

The only criticism worth a mention is the low level of lighting in the bathroom.

The location is perfect, as it is across the street from the Trindade metro stop. The room is a great size for one person (wouldn't be super perfect for more than one due to the lack of an armoires/closet space. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. I also felt safe as a single, female traveler entering the hotel in the evening/leaving early in the morning to start the day.

There still isn't breakfast served in the morning, though they do have a coffee machine and vending machines on the bottom floor. The staff, although present at all hours, wasn't the friendliest/most forthcoming with information about places to go to/restaurants to eat at.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 day. Everything was great - the location of this hotel is amazing. It's located right besides Trindade Metro station and you can easily reach the city center on foot. It's approximately a 10 minute walk to the center. The check-in was at 4pm but we could check-in at 11am which was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a balcony with a nice view. We could also have free coffee on the ground floor!! We payed 27€ for 1 person for 1 night which is totally acceptable in my opinion for the service and room you get. The receptionists were also really kind.

Unfortunately, there was a fan (or something) in our room above the door which was really loud and we couldn't turn it off. Maybe if we would've asked, it could've been turned off but we didn't have time, as we had very little time in Porto. The fan was really really loud and we absolutely couldn't sleep and we slept horribly. The pillow was also a bit uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom shower didn't have a door on one side so the floor got very wet when we showered. But other than that I think this is a great hotel and I would absolutely recommend it.

Nice hotel for one night - but nothing too special. It was surprisingly one of the few hotels in town under 90 Euros. The room was ok, the a/c strong and the staff nice. Also the internet was good.

The light in the bathroom is automatic and a sensor reacts. For some reason, sometimes it went off after about 20 seconds and the next time it would just stay on for 10 minutes after I had left the bathroom. That was some kind of bothersome as the line shines into the bedroom even with the door closed.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Porto. It is directly opposite Trindade metro station and a few minutes walk from Sao Bento station. It is a small hotel with very limited facilities but it is clean and modern and just what you need if you aren’t spending much time in your room. The rooms were very clean with comfy beds. They will hold your luggage for you on check in and check out. I would stay here again if back in Porto. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Super location, just across the street from the Metro station. From that station you can go downtown, or to the airport, very easily. The hotel is clean and in a great neighborhood with lots of cafes and shopping nearby. You can easily walk to downtown or take the Metro if you don't feel like walking. The reception is 24 hours, and coffee/tea is available 24 hours in the dining room off the lobby. The rooms are clean and the water is hot and the staff was always helpful. They even let us leave our bags in their storage area when we left for a few days on a side trip. This was our second stay here; we will stay here again!
