I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here! Ines was an amazing host (and chef) and she and her family were wonderful. The space was beautiful with outstanding décor. It was meticulously clean. The AC in the rooms worked well and blackout blinds meant being able to keep your room cooler from the heat of the day while you’re out enjoying everything Sesimbra has to offer. Elevator/Lift available and the building is secured with code to enter both building and apartment, with separate locks for your room. And secure parking garage! The layout for 1 bedroom involves a separate bathroom- directly next to the room. It was no issue for me, but sharing for those who may mind. The other 2 rooms had private bathrooms and one has a balcony. The large, shared balcony has a beautiful view with comfortable places to sit and relax. We enjoyed Ines’s delicious food for breakfast each morning on the patio, and it was great to have a Nespresso machine, tea, and small snacks available all the time. The living room and front patio are shared spaces, but you would never get this kind of comfort and beautiful design in a hotel. Several restaurants nearby and a small market. It would be easy enough to stay right here and have everything you would need, but the additional things we were able to explore and see by having a car made it well worth having it! Close and easy access to the beach (and the apartment provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas). Ines took so much time to provide helpful information to us (about the area, the food, the experiences available, and answered ALL of the questions we had). She was truly so helpful! And so kind. If you are looking for a place that provides comfortable surroundings, a personal and kind host, in a clean and secure building, this is it! Ines was meticulous about cleaning and also provided shampoo, shower gel, liquid hand soap, and lotions.

Only con, is no fault of theirs, but google maps made finding the location a little difficult. Ines was readily available by phone to help us find it and waited in the street to guide us. Streets and parking garage are narrow, so be prepared with the car you choose!

Well located, beautiful views, great terrace, clean, very friendly host, amazing breakfast.

One thing only - the scent of perfume in the house and bedrooms is much too strong. We had to open the bedroom window to get rid of the smell. we we stayed only 1 night. Keep in mind these are rooms in a private house where you share the living room with a few other guests. It was OK for us as we stayed only 1 night, but I would not do this for a longer stay. And maybe one suggestion; an honesty bar ? Now you need to go to a cornershop to buy your own drinks that you can put in a common fridge.

The view from our room and the common area was amazing but the best part was the breakfast, I have had great breakfast before but this was above and beyond, real treat prepared and cooked by Innes every morning, not only the food but presentation, fruit platters, pastries and a hot dish all served to each individual table on balcony looking at view, doesn't get much better Thankyou so much for a memorable stay

Innes & Peter were superb hosts, very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and happy to help book certain things over the phone for us (such as the dolphin trip), as we did not speak Portuguese.. Location great, right next to the beach, lovely restaurants close by and some doing take-away incase ya fancy a night in.. The apartment Innes had made into what i will term a 'mind excursion', you really did feel somewhere special. Thanks, Jonny & Kirsty xx

breakfast indeed was very abundant and plentiful. I appreciated the decor and the hospitality. Location is great and its a new and interesting concept. Different and unique. I would come back.

There wasn't much hot water for a bath even though the bathtub had a spa which I couldn't use. Room walls are thin so I could her outside movements and sounds. Bathroom is outside which isn't a big deal for me but could be for others. Costs an extra 15 euros to park your car in the Garage.

Wow this is more than just a hotel. It is an amazing experience. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Easy underground parking and amazing location. The view from the balcony was just beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfast served each day was exceptional. Highly recommend this property.

Communication with Ines was excellent. We arrived in Sesimbra early but we were able to drop off our suitcases before check in. The property is so beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was the breakfast. The assortment of fruits and hot and cold choices exceeded our expectations. Everything was so delicious and beautifully presented. Plus the view made breakfast something that we looked forward to every morning. Ines also offered us great suggestions of things we could do in the area. If you want personalized service, this is the place to stay!

After hiking through the mountains of the Algarve we were looking for a place to enjoy the Atlantic ocean and get a little rest. Ines and Peter were lovely hosts and helped us throughout all the days. The room was beautiful and we had a spectacluar view over Sesimbra and the ocean. The breakfast is clearly the star of this little stay. While having a great view we enjoyed the self cooked and daily changing breakfast which was the best we ever had. Everything was perfectly clean and the bathroom offered various expansive and high quality care products. Ines has a lot of extremely helpful tips regarding the restaurants in Sesimbra and even helped us with the upcoming trip to Lisboa. She gave us a hand written bucket list which made our journey to Lisboa unforgettable. Thanks for everything!

We loved our room,the shared space and the balcony (with it’s view from the 5th floor), but the most amazing thing was the host itself Ines- can highly recommend masterchef breakfast (just say yes if offered something ,ok?) and just the sheer hospitality of their amazing place
