Great location in 5 min walking distance to the Santa Monica pier. On top metro station E right in front for easy rides into town. We also like our spacious room on top floor with balcony.

I wish the hotel would have a proper breakfast area and breakfast included in the rates. Instead it is more of a little „mini Starbucks“ corner on ground floor. Food there was good though but pricey.

New hotel a short walk from the main sights in Santa Monica and opposite the light rail station to the rest of Los Angeles; very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant rooms.

Car parking is at the top end of the expensive scale; no microwave in the room; car park entrance is in 5th street not Colorado avenue, as per the address which confuses SatNavs!

Staff was professional and very helpful. Front receptionist provided an early check-in due to my early airline arrival. She was amazingly helpful and informed me of placed to eat that were easily within walking distance. Her mom that worked in the food area was very pleasant, communicated and fun to chat with. This is the sorta customer service that I wish was typical, however with all the travel that I do, it is welcoming to stay at a place where customer service is still "a-thing".

Everything was great, There was nothing I didn't like about the place. Room had more than sufficient space and the staff/room service was polite and friendly.

I thought the staff was great very professional and polite. The room was clean and had nice touches. The bathroom was REALLY nice. The location was good/great. The staff explained things well good communication.

No free breakfast for the room rate was not good. Paying 49.50 for valet-only parking was another big problem for me. They did offer offsite parking at 25 but no in/outs so that was a deal-breaker for me. I will say the valet was professional and went above and beyond for me. I had a golf club case they had a storage room(FREE). For the rate not having a balcony was a disappointment.

The staffs are very nice, welcoming and friendly. The location is also good, near to groceries, cafe, shops, and transit. Their amenities are available and clean. The room is clean and fragrant. I hope they have microwave in each level of it is not possible to have it in every room

The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff were very helpful and offered some great recommendations for food. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large.

We had very noisy neighbours and woke to kids stomping on the floor above. They did move us to a quieter room when we complained.

- valet was expensive - hotel staff were protesting in the street using megaphones and drums during our stay, which we could hear from inside the hotel

The room was big and clean, the location was 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from all the shopping and restaurants. We did not use parking as we were in walking distance of all the attractions.

That I had booked at a different hotel.

It was clean and well managed. The desk staff were always helpful. I enjoyed my room with a huge tv. I would have liked a bath but the shower was spacious. Everything was very clean.

A little cafe with pastries for breakfast. I walked quite a ways to find a cooked breakfast. I know it is Covid but I missed having any written information about the hotel and the area. No brochures etc. There was a Bible and Morman text but no other information in the room or lobby. No maid service unless requested.
