This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Not just my room but the entire property was kept up. Every staff member I enter acted with was pleasant and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and have several coffee options including espresso! Also check out is 11am, most places Ive stayed in it's 10am. Great place to stay, great price. Theres a cornerstore within walking distance, also a mexican restaurant and Mc Donalds. So thats helpful if youre not driving. I will for sure stay here again if I'm back in town.

The pillows on bed were hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast served at this Best Western Plus was truly amazing. We expected maybe cereal, a few pastrys ... but did not expect a wide selection of bread & bagels, waffles, omelets, hash browns and sausage. Made everything really worthwhile coming to this Best Western Plus. The staff were very freindly and tried to meet every demand. One evening the TV wouldn't work. Called the front desk and within 10 minutes had a staff person at the door and fixed the problem. The location is tucked in behind McDonals and a Mexican restaurant and was very quiet.

The bed was OK, but probably was on its last legs. I felt like I was caught in a gulley and couldn't get out. Otherwise, room was clean, bathroom was clean, overall a good choice of a place to stay for 3 nights.

The staff are great, friendly,always willing to help with anything you need just good people all the way around The rooms are large an very clean and they have everything you need ,all your bathing needs an plenty of nice towels fresh an clean

What I don't like is I signed up for the rewards program when I first got here and I have been here for three weeks and didn't receive any rewards at all I don't understand what went wrong and I couldn't get anyone to help me over the phone with customer service

Friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast . Francine at the front desk was very nice during check in. We come to Rancho Cordova often and will definitely stay here again. Bed was super comfortable and room was very very clean

Called guest service to check out, but the line was busy. Went up to the lobby to checkout but no one was there. I didn't wait long as I had to pick someone up, but perhaps they need more staff to be available at the desk

It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and I liked that a housekeeper wasn't knocking on my door trying to rush me out on the day of check out

The pool was closed due to COVID? C'mon that's ridiculous. It's getting hot and everyone should be vaccinated or had COVID multiple times by now. That's just an excuse.

Very clean spacious room! Used as a stopover hotel on our road trip so just wanted to relax and do some local shopping. Comfy bed! Spacious breakfast area offering a lot of options!

Booked it as it had a pool - this is currently closed by health and safety which wasn’t stated on booking.com which was a bit annoying. We were able to sit by the pool but couldn’t go in it.

I liked everything... very clean. Breakfast choices was excellent. Nothing beats a free breakfast before an almost three hours drive.

The office chair in the room rolls. My dad was 92 years old and had to sit on the chair while getting dressed. He said the bed was high so he sat on the chair. He almost fell twice because the chair rolled. Other than that experience, I would still come back.

During check-in, Emma at the front desk, understood my requests, and delivered excellent service. The breakfast offered ample hot and cold options. I thought every level was clean, and the elevator was sanitized every day.

I did not find anything disagreeable.

Loved my in room coffee maker and the fridge came in handy. The bed was comfy.

There were not enough towels in our room. The Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, it kept sliding open. House keeping knocked on our door at 9am and checkout is 11am, I don't like that. Don't come knocking on our door until it's actually time to check out.

Good hot breakfast along with some continental options. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning and replacing the next day

Room could have been bigger, bed was high for my elderly mother who could not easily get on it. AC little noisy but that was ok
