We liked everything in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was the quite, clean, and big in size, with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. The cosmetics in the bathroom are good quality and not limited to small-size bottles. The TV has a lot of channels. The breakfast is included and the food is really good and is satisfying any taste (omelets, sausages, bacon, yogurts, oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, jams, juices, hot chocolate, toasts, and many sorts of bread, and more)👍🏻 😋 👌🏻 ☺️ The restaurant is nice and cozy, with pretty design. The best part is the inside swimming pool with warm water. We loved it! ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ Very good size, and CLEAN! We're really happy to discover this hotel! We'll be back! Thank you!

The staff was amazing! There was a minor hiccup with the pool being unavailable, but the front desk agent was able to rectify it quickly and the kids were able to swim. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and breakfast was well stocked and there were so many options.

walking on the 3rd floor the floor creaked and the carpet could use some cleaning or replacement. I lived in Rancho Cordova in the 80s and don't remember it ever being as cold as it was and built up.

Everything was in need of refurbishing, but not terrible. The bed pillows needed to be replaced, odor. The building had an odor. But everything I needed was available, and the staff allowed me to remove the pillows from the room with no problem. Everyone was polite. Parking was always available and the breakfast was fine.

Hotels need to get rid of pillows that smell and they need to consider the overall smell and freshness of the building.

Large modern room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean. Warm indoor swimming pool! Good breakfast. Lots of parking.

No towel racks in bathroom, although lots of hooks. No heater in bathroom.

Great place to stay, with the pool it gives a possibility to disconnect a little. Breakfast choices were great.

Total lack of enforcement of the masking requirement in lobby/at front desk. I realize you don't want the staff to be your mask police, but one incident really bothered me. Two airline pilots were checking in - neither wore masks. I asked them why, and one told me he didn't "believe" in the virus being transmitted and it was his choice. Oh, I got the airline, their name badges (dumb) and will be in touch with their employer. For a smoke free facility, our corridor (third floor) reeked of marijuana smoke the entire stay (four nights). I know it's legal, and I don't care about that, but smoke is smoke!

I enjoyed the warm welcome into your institution, the cleanliness, and the room met my expectations. The amenities were amazing and I am deeply saddened that my stay was cut short.
