The room was clean, everything worked as it should. The building looked newer or recently remodeled. The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I gave slightly lower marks for location just because the area didn't seem that great. Mostly the cities fault not the hotel. It was easy to get to. There were some faint stains on the carpet that I think took the room down a notch. I didn't appreciated the $10 charge for parking.

The fact that my refrigerator pretty much the whole time I was there wasn't getting cold and then when I called for maintenance to come up and get it and clean it and take care of it or give me a new one they might be back the same one with the same problem so I lost a bunch of food which I'm very unhappy about but the second time around the gentleman that came and I don't know his name he was quite helpful and he was sweetheart and he a good nice new one with a little freezer already in it so thank you very much to whoever you are and to his boss give him a raise he was quite friendly and nice thank you again

The proximity was what I needed it to be. The room was spacious and the layout was excellent.

It be is in an industrial area and you would have to walk quite a bit and cross highways to get to shopping centers. People in cars were hanging out in the parking lot who did not have business there. The person at check-in was not pleasant and did not provide useful or necessary information.

We didn't have the breakfast.I loved that the staff was willing to accommodate our early checking without notice, they were so sweet and nice. The hotel itself was beautiful.

I'm not a huge fan of hotel beds, could be softer. The pillows could be a bit more firm.I would like to see the comment card brought back, they are nice to be able to leave a great or poor review along with a tip or no tip.

I love staying at this Hotel. The staff know what hospitality service looks like and they make sure to give it. I have not one complaint with this Hotel.

Exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to assure our stay was comforting. Lovely rooms, and love the location. we loved the breakfast/dinner service as well.

A little slow but a little understaffed for a full house

Being made aware that you had to pay for parking. Full house and limited parking on the street. Management was very professional and addressed my concerns promptly

I found hair in the shower. I got discussed by that. also saw a pbc pipe in the shower that looked out of place

The parking was a little tight (I have a full size truck) but other than that it was excellent through and through
