it is a nice place

Too many pets allowed in the hotel, I have never seen too many guests with pets in a hotel, I know this is s friendly pet hotel, but must be limited, more for the smell and because this attracts some pests in the hotel like cockroaches, and there are many in the hotel

The house keeping personal was very good , Mis Michelle the front desk on the check out was fantastic with sweet attitude and helpful.

Mr Persad the General manager was extremely helpful, he personally showed the several rooms till I picked the one I liked. This we call the courtesy. He was outstanding.

Location, location,& location. Light rail within 5 minute walk😃 . Plenty of units/machines in laundry room, plus the convenience of 24-hour access. Karen at the front desk was very helpful.

The rooms are a nice size and it's so convenient having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable n room was clean all the workers were really nice

The shower didn't work more hot then cold and door was open smelled like smoke had no shampoo or soap

I love the kitchen area. Everything looks so new and works perfectly. The bathroom is pretty good size. Bed is so comfortable. The ladies that work the desk are all pleasant and helpful, very accommodating. I'll be going back as I need. Oh.. and there's an elevator!!

Good hot and cold water pressure in shower, and toilet and sink worked properly. Room was clean. Great large refrigerator. No need for stove at this time. Very good selection of TV channels, remote worked properly. Easy to open and close door to unit, door key worked properly. Noted smell of garbage in hallways leading to elevator and stairs. Litter in parking lot due to careless residents. Need to hire somebody to clear garbage and litter 24/7. I did notice one green garbage bin next to elevator that had cockroaches crawiling inside and a few crawling on floor - disgusting. But, no cockroaches or pests inside unit.

The bed - not comfortable. Mattres was warped, probably due to too many fat guests sleeping on mattress not designed for obese sleepers. Hotel needs new beds.

Very good value. friendly and helpful staff. Clean and Confortable.

A little far to walk to a grocery store if you don’t have a car. Has a little kitchenette but no dishes or cookware.

I liked everything. Loved the room. The front desk was quick to respond. A young lady Tamere was the one to check me in. She was really sweet and nice and very polite! And i believe the manager, i didnt ask goe his name. But he was so nice and made me feel safe. On my way out one evening for a walk on the trail near by. They mangaer said hello and asked how we were doing. And then asked if we were talking a walk. I told him yes and he mention the trial that was near by and told us to be careful and warned us about perhaps some potential danger. I've never had a Manger be that nice or polite to me. So thank you truly. Lovely staff. And i just adored your hoursekeeper. Sweet, sweet girl, friendly, and very attentive. I didn't ask her name but she had blonde hair. This is my place to go from now on.

No complaints on my stay. Just freaked out a little bit when i heard someone yelling in the stairway.
