Great customer service, especially the concierge. Easy access. Love the tap cards, they don’t get demagnetized like the old ones. Easy layout. 24/7 guard on duty to watch the cars. Bed was comfortable, room had LOTS of AC plugs. I was so happy with this, I didn’t have to do an Easter egg hunt for an AC outlet.

No Apple Pay except in the bistro, had to bust out the actual card for check-in. My only real “gripe” here was the noise. If you’re a quiet sleeper like I am, between hallway and adjoining rooms, we got quite a bit of noise especially in the evenings and from neighboring room. The front desk said to put towel down under the door (helps but not ideal). Bring earplugs if you are looking to sleep quietly.

I wish they had more variety food with their resturant which was open certain time mornings, noon and dinner but the Staff were so nice and try to provide and prepare food

This was the first hotel that we have stayed at in Sacramento, that we loved. The area was nice and clean. The hotel staff was polite, fast at checking me in, explained all charges. Getting to our room was east and I loved how comfortable the beds were.

I am not sure if the bathroom had a fan or not, but that's about it.

Location, cleanliness, service, and kind staff. Fast check-in and check-out.

I wish there was a butler service. With three kids and luggage, it was a challenge to get to our room. Also, there was only one elevator, which was located far from our room, so we had to use the stairway to carry our luggage up.

The bistro was closed so the hotel provided a sack continental breakfast which was very nice. It included a danish, muffin, yogurt, fruit, granola bar and water! The staff went over and above to see that COVID protocols were in place. The rooms were very clean.

I would have preferred a room that faced the courtyard during our4 day stay instead of one that faced the freeway. Sometimes the noise from the freeway was a bit loud.

what breakfast? i went down to get it and was turned away. they said thay had no more, yet I was there within the specified time. very disappointed in that one thing. otherwise I have only one more complaint and that is parking . why is there a 10 dollar parking fee? just another fee you have to pay

no parking fees a breakfast you can eat and maybe get rancho cordova to lower the taxes on the rental

Breakfast was good but was expecting a typical breakfast to be included in the price of the room.

the bed was a little too soft. i felt like you sank in the middle and hard to get out of.

Room was facing the garden area and although stay was during COVID, I had the feeling of being at a resort. Rooms either have a patio or balcony attached.

Uncontrolled by hotel itself, COVID restrictions meant certain services closed.

the $250 deposit for our stay. they took out $400 from our account just for 1 night stay. ridiculous.
