The breakfast was great for motel of this type. All items were fresh as if they were cooked to order. The attendant was friendly and helpful, was constantly clean the breakfast area as well as the kitchen area and was available for any questions and/or assistance. If I travel to that area again I will definitely stay there.

For the type of hotel Country Inn & Suites is, was like staying in a much more expensive hotel. The only thing which I don't think can or could be changed would be the workout area, I realize space is limited, however the equipment provided was sufficient enough to get in a descent workout.

This is my second stay here! Staff is professional and accommodating, especially Matthew and Brandon. Rooms are fresh and redone with a very comfortable design. My room was PERFECT! Nice large flat screen of very good quality with hbo and showtime. Wifi worked excellently without any interruptions. There is great coffee in the lobby at anytime, day or night. Also a delight was the hot breakfast, which rotated different items throughout the week. Yes, they offer weekly rates! BIG BONUS** HEATED SALT WATER INDOOR POOL!! Also pet friendly! A GREAT VALUE!! This is my place to stay in Anderson

There was nothing at all I disliked

Great value for the money.The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the reception desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. The room we were originally given smelled like cigarettes. When I informed the desk clerk, he immediately found us a new room. It was a better room than the original and didn't reek of cigarettes. Great service. This was our 3rd stay at this Hotel. I will definitely be back.

Traffic noise. You would think that when they knowingly build a hotel by the interstate, they would build it with sound dampening materials. This did not affect the quality of the property and service. We were very happy.

🎉 Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Our comforter looked clean 🤮BUT it smelled like armpit sweat at the top. We just did not use it, folded it up and put in the chair.👏 Staff was very friendly. Someone’s dog had pooped in the hallway outside our room and did not clean up after it but staff took care of that ( wonder it animals should be allowed if owner can not care for it). Very nice otherwise.

I enjoyed my stay, and the front desk both check in and check out were really nice and fun. My bed was comfy and so was the pillows. I sure hate you guys don't have Happy Hour on this site because where I'm from they had it.

I guess we laughed too much because I didn't get the info on breakfast. I surely could've had breakfast the next morning.Coffee was on point being I'm a coffee drinker and the delicious cookie were also wonderful and a nice touch.

It was conveniently located near several restaurants and a movie theatre. We loved the suite. It was nice having a separate room with a chair and couch!

The bathroom was SO SMALL! You could barely open the door past the toilet! There was no way 2 people could be in the bathroom at the same time. The quality of construction in the bathroom area was really poor. There was a huge ugly hole in the framing that was cut out so the door could fit near the shower. It was done really poorly!

This place was perfect! We have traveled to Clemson and have stayed in Anderson many times! Best hotel by far, very clean, quaint, good breakfast and really nice staff! I have found my new hotel to stay in when I do my visits! Very impressed!

House keeping never came in to clean the room on the 3rd day as per policy and to find out the room was not on the schedule. Then when I had gave my towels and a sheet to be washed I was told to leave.infoumdvout that I was being punished because construction workers put mud on the towels and what I did clean up I was punished for it. Plus the knobs on the dressers drawers were gone and a fire plan was not on the door to the room.staff was good

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is I never received an email with my receipt. I'm always told I will get one and I never do. The only way I can get one is to call the hotel and tell them I need it. I always provide my email at check in. I do not understand why this is not an automatic thing.

The whole outside and inside of property and room were clean. We are familiar with this hotel because this was our 3rd visit.

No hot breakfast available once again. Husband was not happy. It was not available the last time we stayed there either. The bathroom was labeled as handicapped although, it was not walk in accessible. That made no sense at all and was extremely hard to get in and out of. Thank goodness I had my husband to assist. The bottom was slippery and I had to place a towel down to stop from a fall. This was also the first time being charged $100 deposit upfront and not being told. We understand that our card would be put on file if any damages were found from our stay but we have never been charged in addition to our stay for any reason. The desk attendant stated it will be refunded but when? Ridiculous.
