THE PRICE IS RIGHT! The bed was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator worked! Pool facing view was very nice.

NO TOILET PAPER AND COULD NOT GET ANY FROM DESK OR CLEANING STAFF! Stairwell light out, smelled of you know what. Dust/dirt on most things. Chair wouldn't roll/back broken. Sheer missing, curtain torn. Faucet control not working. Most metal rusted.

The location of the hotel is good, not too far from beach good dining close by. The made it affordable.

My room. The bathroom sink water pressure made it annoying to wash hands cause water would splash everywhere. The shower head was too low, had to squat to wash off my head...even someone of average height would struggle to bath. Also alot of rusted metal throughout the room from the light fixture to the bathroom closet frame.

The room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. It was difficult to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was a little difficult in the fact that there was no place to sit (due to covid - so not complaining) but there could have been notices listed that there was breakfast but you would have to go back to your room to eat. We ate at the pool but had to wait for the gates to be unlocked (we had already checked out so that's why we didn't go to our room)

When looking for a room I purposely picked a hotel that had shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle was listed on the web site. When we got to the hotel it turns out that there is no shuttle service. If we hadn't changed our plans and rented a car we would have been in a lot of trouble because of misinformation on the website. When this was brought to the attention of the staff member working he kind of shrugged like it wasn't a problem and told me that I wasn't the only one that mentioned that. Instead of changing the information online the company is willing to let customers be misled and inconvenienced.

The place I originally booked when not available even tho paid, would not answer the phone. I had to call right before midnight and book. When I got to the link hotel the front desk staff was efficient, polite and capable. He was able to answer all the questions up front no drama.

For the age and the condition of the facility it should probably be 50 bucks a night the room was clean enough for what it was

I loved how clean and comfortable were the rooms. The beach is around the corner and so were the supermarkets. The staff were extra helpful and let me put my stuff in storage room in order to go across the street to pay the remaining balance of the room. The weekly rates are very reasonable and I'm very happy to be able to receive my deposit back once I check out.

I don't like some of the neighbors making noise at night. I had to call the police around 10pm after coming back from work. It was handled efficiently. The staff were very helpful.

the housekeeping staff are friendly. always tea coffee and chilled water avail in lobby

The front desk staff are rather aloof -not overtly service oriented. security stand or sit around a lot and stare at you which is not pleasant. it’s a no frills stay so can’t complain and recently two rooms had missing blow dryers and bath tub and tiles was poorly painted over and chipping badly and needed deglazing. 2 hangers if you’re lucky. That how a couple of the bagel, coffee, pastry and juice staff seem apathetic when you great them with kindness in the mornings.

Parking is $5 per night. Rooms on the second floor much better than on 1st floor.

The breakfast if you go to the restaurant is a lot of food! Serve a starvy army group! It's insane! And very good! The staff is the best
