The boutique hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are a little small but most of the rooms in Miami are small. Love the location because it is away from the crowd but it walking distance to Lincoln Drive and to South Beach. The hotel staff is nothing but polite and wonderful people. Visited last year and returned again because of the kind hotel front desk and hotel staff. They were so very helpful in accommodating to me. Love this boutique hotel. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants is a plus!

Awesome location. We checked in at midnight and a restaurant on the corner was still open.Everywhere we went was less than a minute ride and only about $8 in an uber. Staff was awesome! Kelli and the night crew were amazing and so much fun. My room was very cute and clean. Housekeeping was very attentive.

Bar was EXPENSIVE! 2 drinks were $60!!! Rooftop pool was small and didn't feel very rooftop. It was only 4 floors up. The valet was HORRIBLE! Apparently the valet service was being shared by several hotels. It took forever to have the car parked and retrieved. But they were kind enough to discount the bill for us.

I was in the loft terrace suite that’s adjacent to the nearby restaurant/club. I’m a night owl and really enjoyed the vibe of walking out onto the terrace, hearing the commotion and the music. It’s not overbearingly loud, especially inside the room, but the music usually goes till 2 am if you don’t stay up late or the noise would bother you (dance/electronica).

Firstly, Nicole at reception was amazing. So friendly, helpful and honestly one of the most welcoming receptionists we've dealt with. Thanks Nicole. Location is excellent. Very clean and comfortable hotel and lovely style as well.

I didn't like the hidden charges !! When booking on this site, in small font there was a "resort fee" that I didn't analyse. This was basically a charge for the pool and beach access. So essentially, when they advertise their pool and beach, this isn't part of the price at all. Together with the city and state taxes, this added 50% to our bill. Crazy in my opinion. But welcome to America !

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Greystone. The decor is fab, a cool boutique hotel and the location is great, only a short distance (1 block) from the beach and nearby to lots of restaurants, bars and shops on South Beach. My room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, nice products and I found the housekeeping to be great. Prior to arriving I'd read reviews about noise from neighbouring properties but found my room to be very quiet and had no issues at all, though my room (Standard King) was in the main building of the hotel which I think was the quieter part. The staff were generally helpful but Kelly in particular was great and very welcoming. The rooftop was a great space however it's worth noting the swimming pool is quite small (more of a pool to have a dip in than a swim).

The breakfast included is quite simple; pastries and filter coffee. Personally I think advertising it as a breakfast is a bit of a stretch, more of a snack than a breakfast you'd expect from a hotel. The lady serving was very friendly and helpful though.

Close to the convention center and a CVS shop is opposite to the hotel, very convenient for business tourist Also close to the beach though I prefer the rooftop pool The room is stylish, cozy and clean. I had good sleep with the comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in in the morning so that I can rest after a long flight

The shower faucet is hard to use when adjusting the temperature and switching off. There could be lots of noise from the street if your room is close to it.

This will be my favorite place for any future stays in Miami Beach - from the super friendly and professional reception staff (the lady with the blond hair during day-shift was exceptional with advice for my short trip to Key West ;-) to the caring housekeeping staff, the modern and comfortably designed rooms and an ultimately superb location just 2min from the beach (private beach part for hotel guests) and just 5min walk from Lincoln Rd. I can only highly recommend this hotel and its entire team - absolutely great job.

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon as we wanted to do a quick stop in Miami for a few nights between destinations. Staff were super friendly and so patient with us and all our questions. We were even upgraded to a nicer room which was so nice especially when we arrived so late as we had been at the airport for most of the day with delayed flights. Location was perfect. Bed was so soft and comfy, Breakfast area was super cute and the lady running the cart was so friendly. Would come back for sure.

I think like a few other reviews, the rooms could do with a little more storage, or even a hook for towels near the shower (shower in our room was separate to the bathroom). The Valet parking also took over 20 mins to fetch the car when we were the only ones around at 5am in the morning. Would have also been nice to have a few additional amenities like a kettle and some cups in the room, but these were all very very minor issues to what was a wonderful stay.

the location was perfect. within walking distance of everything but quiet enough to get a good night sleep. The staff was superb! Always with a smile, attentive to details, best disposition for everything. Fabulous bar and restaurant.

The beach service. people was not that kind. Also, giving I was traveling solo, I would have liked to be able to exchange one beach chair for an umbrella. but had to pay for the umbrella having an extra chair.

loved the boutique size the staff was the most friendly I have encountered in years they were all amazing -the woman at the front desk the young lady at the cafe the guys walking the grounds everyone was beyond amazing we loved the proximity to the beach the location was fantastic soo many great restaurants super close to Lincoln Mall and Espanola way -loved

it was a tad loud especially in the early morning lots of garbage recycling trucks also the alarm went off one morning at 5 it was jarring and no one knew what was happening
