The stay was good and air conditioning plus shower with hot water was a win win

One of our cabinets where the mini fridge was broken Also we tried using the phone to call room service to get more towels, since no one came in to I guess restock etc and no answer so we just rolled with it but it would have been nice to have had some room service

All the amenities, close to Walgreens, the internal pizza hut 🍕 great 👍. At AAA Wonderful was the stay.

Very nice stay

It was great, everyone was so NICE. They offer you breakfast ever time you go into the office. The manager was very thoughtful and try her best to give you what you want and need.

My TV screen was cracked.no tissue in the room The blankets was very thin it was like having 2 sheets

People seemed friendly enough. The pools were nice and stayed open until midnight. Disney is super close. There are lots of souvenir shops and places to eat nearby. Parking was a great.

There are alligators in the lake so don't stay lakeside. There is no breakfast or food of any kind on the property. There weren't microwaves or coffee pots in room. The microwave was in the lobby and you had to go outside to get there.

the shuttle bus that they advertise to Disney springs never came to pick us up and we tried calling the resort 8x only to never have someone answer and ended up having to take a Lyft

The front desk Emily and Mindy and Martha are absolutely amazing here so helpful, friendly and kind. I only come here because of them. The pool is amazing it's heated and clean. The rooms are amazing space clean and cozy.

The price can’t be beat and I had a day to myself and was able to use the pool and it was very clean and great size for laps. The grounds are nice and you can walk to several stores and restaurants.

It’s not just this hotel but all in this price range, housekeeping once a week is not enough. I think the managements are using Covid as an excuse and could have rooms and halls cleaned every other day.

The rates are cheap, room looks cheap, too.

I asked for an extra bed and they said that they will bring it to the room in an hour, but they never brought the bed. Plus the room had little german roaches and the bathroom was the worst.

Emily Martha and Wendy are absolutely amazing they make checking in so easy they are friendly, helpful and I love all of their personalities. This is why we come here :-) 😃 thanks lady's.

Rooms were amazing was under going some renovations on 2 of the pool sites but 1 was open. Staff was friendly and polite and answered all questions during our stay. Check in was smooth and fast and check out was done by a key drop box. Highly recommend. Guest were respectful and encouraged our children to play and be kids. No late yelling fights or anything like other places we have stayed. Very close to Disney and other amusement parks they even offer shuttles to Orlando studios. 10 out of 10
