Lots of options for food, entertainment, and relaxation, and it is also aesthetically pleasing to the eye, no matter where you walk on the grounds

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property

Room was very spacious and very clean, Hotel was was very fancy and nice, right next to Epcot, you can walk there

Did not like the $40 resort fee and the crazy $35 parking fee that Disney Hotels are NOT suppost to charge anymore, but I found out that The Swan and Dolphin hotels, which is sitting on Disney property apparently aren't "owned by Disney, so they can charge whatever they want I guess. Booking.com should'nt advertise a place for $229 then it end up costing you $366, I would have book another Hotel, Just WATCH for those extra unadvertised price gouging charges!!!!!! shame shame

Easy boat ride or 1 mile-ish walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, busses to every other Disney Park; Disney Springs, early park access, good price comparison to true Disney properties, exceptionally clean room and property per Mariott/Sheraton standards.

Not a true Disney hotel, which we knew before booking, however I did not anticipate that service from some of the staff would be well below Disney standards .. the pool Cabana Beach Club Bar in particular. Lots of travelers were there for 'business conferences', which seemed to be more like drinking fests than actual work.

The ease of getting to and from the parks and Disney Springs.

Better communication, there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, my kids and parents were in the room while I was at Disney Springs when I arrived I asked a security guard what was going on he said he didn't know but a fire alarm was going off which I could also hear. I asked how to get to the pool area, which is where my parents were with the kids he started i don't know I can't let you in the building. No staff ever gave us the all clear, we had to go by what other guest were telling us and hope for the best.

Everything... we loved this resort. Room great we got a balcony. Pools outstanding. And lots of choice to eat and thing to hang out and enjoy the resort. Two hotels to find things to do.

The one thing I did not like was that they charged for parking. Not acceptable as Im a Florida resident and I drive from Miami to Orlando all the time for vacation. The parking lot is not convenient. Its not covered and it a ways walk from the entrance lobby and very far to get to your room. With as expensive as it was to stay at that resort parking should be included. $30 for self parking and $45 for Valet is really way toooo expensive. Not acceptable had to pay almost a hundred dollars additional for my car to sit in the heat all day and for me to walk extra form the room to the parking lot. Super upset about that!

I have stayed at the Dolphin many times in the last 30 years and have always enjoyed my stay. It never seems dated. Always clean. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. You can't beat to proximity to Epcot center. We plan on returning sooner than later!

Because of the locations of the elevators it would be nice to be able to request handicap accessible rooms. Our room had a fantastic view, but it was a long walk for my mother who uses a cane and moves very slowly. Being able to rent a wheelchair and return it to the hotel would make the trek over to Epcot much more comfortable.

The bathroom size

Our plans were for the Garden and Flower show at Epcot. We love the proximity of the Dolphin to Epcot, Where we can walk to the park. And staying at the Dolphin meant we were granted early access to Epcot. Also easy access to walk to The Boardwalk and easy and close to access the Skyway. We love the cleanliness of the hotel and the magnificent grounds. The pool is also a great point of attraction for us.

The only down side is that while a Disney affiliated resort, not all benefits apply as a Disney resort. For example:for Magic Kingdom transport.. The bus service in the past from the Dolphin took us right to the main gate entrance of Magic Kingdom.There is bus service to all the parks but the transport service to Magic Kingdom, drops off at the ticket gate entry and had to monorail or ferry in. (big headache)
