The hotel was a great place and will definitely recommend. The staff greeted us with a smile and made sure everything was ok.

Not enough parking for the number of rooms we had to park on the street the second night along with about 8 other people. We got a lite meal to eat at the hotel restaurant Theory Burger and the staff it's self was great and they we by no means busy. Had to wait 35 minutes for and order of 6 wings and loaded fries. The manager kept apologizing but never offered to discount our bill.

The restaurant wasn't good we spent 60$ on a burger that was dry chicken wings that we couldn't eat because they were raw in the middle shrimp that was over cooked and my son had a grilled cheese that was not even cooked right and also was told we could not turn the channel on the tv at the table because it could only be on news or sports even though other tvs were on other channels so our son couldn't watch cartoons

Location was perfect. We were eating and shopping on the Riverfront. We enjoyed the food we ordered carryout from the restaurant downstairs! Bartender was very friendly and took care of everything we needed very promptly.

Room was very clean. The only negative we had was the Mellow Mushroom order that was still in the fridge from the last customers in the room. They were very apologetic. It was just missed. No biggie.

one of us has limited mobility. We asked for a room close to the elevator and our room was just two doors down from the elevator. This made it very easy for us to enter and exit the hotel. this is very much appreciated. We liked the bar and restaurant in the hotel for pretty much the same reason. The room was clean and very comfortable. We definitely would stay with this chain again.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly The restaurant was not busy, but we waited longer than expected for service and our food took longer than we expected. We did charge the food to our room, so we did not need to wait until we saw the staff to pay our bill. We were very thankful that we allowed enough time before our event to enjoy our food. Food was very good.

Staff were awesome at both tye front desk and the restaurant. We really liked the closeness to the river walkway. The room was refreshed as expected and the person providing that service was quite nice and polite.

I wish the restaurant woukd have been open Sunday evening, but we had snacks so all was OK.

the hotel is a short walk or drive to the downtown area, which offers free parking. They have a nice bar and restaurant on site. We did not eat there but did enjoy drinks both at the bar and they have an outside patio right off the bar area. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and nice.

My 5 night stay was comfortable and quiet. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

I had to cancel for that day and move my stay forward one day. Had all sorts of run around on your end. The Holiday manager agreed to the canceled date and move up without any fee. Im still waiting to see my refund from booking.

Sitting outside on the balcony and watching the river boats very clean rooms and the staff was very friendly miss Karen at the reception desk was very polite and Debbie as the waitress she was very friendly and the guy bartending on February Valentine's weekend he was amazing he made sure everyone had what they needed

Paying for your food side's with breakfast Would prefer a food bar instead

I would have expected s bath tub in the bathroom for 200 a night they should provide a full bath I would have preferred a more general restaurant rather than their burger themed place. It was a limited menu
