fantastic vibe and ambience, good class of people

when I asked for a late checkout it was immediately declined, stating hotel was 100% capacity. but it wasn’t, there were many rooms available because I checked. I don’t like this attitude, it’s the small things that matter. they could have helped if they wanted too but choose not to. disappointed on this aspect.

Beautiful gorgeous property, luxurious vibes, spacious room, friendly attentive staff, felt safe, great casino.. won a few times during my stay. I requested a strip view and received it. This place is stunning. The buffet was spectacular. This hotel was a splurge and totally worth it.

Ice machine was a pretty far walk from my room. Also there was no fridge to store food or drinks. They should at least give a couple complimentary water bottles at the rate we’re paying.

A couple of friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nice amenities and room size.

The reservations system was down for over 24 hours during my stay, which impacted my ability to extend my stay. The staff either didn’t know how many rooms were booked, or they were intentionally misleading us. We were told the entire hotel was at capacity when the reality is that there were plenty of rooms available by the time we had checked out of the room and back in again. This made for an incredibly stressful time as we had to pack up, move, and wait for the system to come back up. in addition, the nightclub sounds disturbed our sleep for an entire night. even though we were upgraded to the 57th floor, the music sounded as if it was right next door.

We LOVE this hotel - we have stayed here 3 times and we have loved it each time!! The staff is so professional and accommodating and always ready to help no matter what position they have. The rooms are SO clean and nice - you cannot hear other guests, every day the cleaning personel takes care of the room so everything is nice and clean. The pool is great and so is the casino - you feel at home here! The best hotel you can stay at in the US!

It would have been nice with a Starbucks in the hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable, had plenty of space and a lovely sitting area along with a great comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge, clean, and amazing shower. Linens, towels all soft and high quality. Bakery was very cool with some really lovely breakfast options ( outside of the price)

The location at far end of strip, was a long way to go from say MGM, or fountains. The cost of food, drinks, and coffee was extremely high even for the area. Room view nothing special, looking at mountains and other older hotels.

We love everything of this hotel. This hotel is expensive but it is worth staying here. The room with a living room is big enough for three of us. Beds and pillows are big and very comfortable. The view of Las Vegas, look from the huge window inside the room is stunning. The bathroom is clean and large. Check in was fast and the front desk was very polite and vey helpful answering our questions. the hotel itself is beautiful with nice decoration. It is very easy walking from the hotel to any other places on Strip street.

Our room was clean, tidy, and well put together. We appreciate how the staff were able to accommodate to our needs and also upgraded ourselves to a view of the strip. My husband and I had such a great time at Encore.

There’s nothing not to like! We enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous property that has all the amenities, but less crowded than The Wynn. The room was one of the best we’ve stayed at on the strip — loved it so much we did room service one evening and it was perfection! My husband and I have eaten at most of the restaurants on this property — and while they are all good — Wazuzu is like a hidden gem. Absolutely delicious Asian dishes at prices lower than what we’ve seen at similar properties on the strip. We also loved the hotel bar right off the elevators — nice mix of cocktails and food. Highly recommend!

I liked everything about it, the rooms were so spacious & the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was huge!! The hotel was immaculate & the staff evidently all work really hard. The hotel’s music playlist was perfect too… absolutely love Encore at Wynn

Just one thing bothered me which was the tatty & broken sun umbrellas for the lifeguards at the pool. They’re surrounded by people paying hundreds of dollars a night & their equipment to keep them shaded whilst they are keeping guests safe is broken… hopefully they get some new ones soon

Room was great, only negative was the welcome at La Cave, food and service in the restaurant was amazing but the waiting outside and the attitude of the reception wasn't to the same level as the rest of the hotel.

See above - one welcome in one restaurant - oh and needing to go back to my room to get photo id to rent a say bed.
