The location was fantastic for my needs. Super close to SPAC so catching a ride back from there was very easy. Loved that they run a shuttle for several hours in the evening to take you where you need to go (within reason! I think it was 5 miles maybe) The pool was lovely, just a nice little pool with a nice patio area including tables/chairs/umbrellas or sun loungers if that's your thing. Every single staff I encountered was super friendly - even when short staffed the day I checked in. I had booked a suite and it was very spacious and included flatware and dishes which I did not expect and was an extremely welcome surprise. Back to how they were short staffed though- I checked in on 8/25/23 and it was all hands on deck. The GM was even helping out with housekeeping to get rooms cleaned and ready for guests. Our wait to check in was a little longer than expected, but not outlandish by any means. The staff seemed to all be pitching in where they could to get all guests in and settled as quickly and smoothly as possible. That was the only dark mark on our stay and it was really just a tiny smudge! Will definitely stay again and can't wait to experience the finished product. Oh yeah, they're mid renovation but none of that did anything to hinder my stay at all. For the meantime until it's finished though, just be aware that you might be dealing with paint and/or new carpet smell. Fine by me, but some people might be sensitive to that while those smells all dissipate.

No ice machine in the second building. We had to get ice from the main building but it really wasn't far.

wonderful, wonderful staff. welcomed us in with a smile and made us feel welcome throughout. when we had specific asks or questions, they helped us out generously. the pool was a great addition to the place, and the friendly staff just give this place a great vibe. 5 star service.

It’s a bit of a distance from the town center, but the hotel offers a shuttle service (12pm-8pm during our stay), which was a massive convenience for us. otherwise, you can flag an Uber or call a taxi service no problem. It’s also right next to the State Park—just a 25 minute walk to the trailheads and golf course.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They not always able to help, due to staff shortage, eg shuttle service into town. Hockey team were there, very busy kids, some damage done.. wet carpets, broken ice machine. Staff did the best they could. And they checked in with us that we weren’t being bothered too much.

There was no hand sanitizer in the lobby or dining area. The staff worked very hard. Garbage in dining area overfilled at times Dining area was too crowded.

Everything was perfect. the staff with smiling warm greetings. Breakfast fantastic. Excellent. Want to express above a beyond normal staff member. Andrew was the most pleasant of all. WOW WOW WOW you better keep this young man. People are my business and this person was a 10+++++++++++++++ Pat him on the back, better yet give him a raise

We were told the pool was heated. Sorry it was not. Water temp so cold you could not swim. Noticed people at the pool but not swimming.

Great location near the Saratoga park complex. Hotel was under renovations but the new rooms are very well designed.

Under renovation comments - The new shower doors were defective and are being replaced. Water leaks onto floors. The common areas were still being renovated. Given location, food could be much more interesting and healthy. Pillow options needed!

Our stay was awesome! The front desk was very friendly! The beds are very comfortable. The location is close to everything you need to do .It's 25 minutes from the outlets!. The breakfast buffet was good too! Especially Ms. Robin, who took care of the breakfast area! She was very accommodating and asked my family if we needed anything else to make our breakfast complete! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Very convenient location (noisy though if the suit faces the highway).

Poor choice for breakfast. Plastic utensils. Small garbage cans in the suite. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - only for single person while there were two people in the suit. The suit was highly overpriced.

the good service the maids are very nice it’s clean it was pet friendly and there was nice big area to let me dog walk and go to the bathroom. there was 2 maids that’s went above and beyond there job detail to make us feel comfortable and happy. they also were extremely nice and helped us out when we’re we needed it. Their names were Stef Rose and Sabrina Rose

Staff great, long wait to check in no one's fault not enough help and the building construction was pain in the ass! No real understanding of how to traverse the grounds, but very clean and comfortable room, bed and great shower!

Breakfast was very good -certainly enough food-location was extremely good -close yo town racetrack and right next to Saratoga Springs park -shuttle service was incredibly convenient-miss of all staff was unbelievably helpful and nice particularly the manager Janis who really made our stay special
