It was clean all around inside and outside 5min from Walmart and H‑E‑B water park down the street a bit expensive but worth it. If you want something more simple and affordable their is a public pool 5min away all though the property has pool their was people smoking in the area so if you want something more kind friendly take the drive and explore 😊 p.s the room is big perfect for us family of 5

On our 2nd night a roach came to visit us but we put up the food and we never saw it again washer wasn’t working and dryer didn’t dry our wet clothes also make sure to ask for a bill summary before checking out because I got an unexpected charge that nobody could explain to me before leaving

Did not try the breakfast until my last two days. I thought it was until 10 but it was 9 so I never made it until the end of my trip but when I did it was very good. Our room was nice and quiet.

There was a bad ice storm and it took me two days to get to Dallas. I lost the first day and had to pay regardless. I was told that a cat was $20 a day when I called and found out it was $25,00 a day. Sent booking.com an e-mail stating what AARP quoted me pricewise which was lower than what I paid and never received a response to this question. I asked at the front desk and was told that AARP only gives 10% off and this quote was not accurate. Also, they scheduled housekeeping every 3 days. I cleaned our room every day, emptied all the trash, etc. which was ok with me but I would have paid the same if these services were provided daily.

Thursday morning yogurt was available. Eggs, bagels, waffles, cereal, and apples were available. Eggs were very good. Friday morning yogurt was empty. When I asked for more I was told not available. Eggs were good. I ate a bagel. No cream cheese was available, only peanut butter or regular butter.

The staff hospitality and the consideration of privacy were very admirable. I was traveling with elderly mother and when she got sick after the holidays, we decided to stay an extra night. The staff and facility was great.

The exit by the pool was a little confusing at first.

There was an extra $100 fee attached when I checked in for holding until check out. Room needs to be vacuumed more behind and around beds.

The vicinity where located! Very comfortable stay. Awesome breakfast availability! I would definitely live to stay again!

I was not refunded or given a future stay for handing to check out a day early. That was the down side.

Simple , nice, well kept and very good value . Better accommodations than a lot of the more expensive hotels

Breakfast served only til 9am though tough to knock considering most all other more expensive charging hotels don’t serve at all

I liked the hot breakfast and noon checkout time.

It seemed like it is in need of updating/remodeling. It wasn't horrible or anything though.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your average breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal etc.

TV remote was difficult to use.

The breakfast sausages were never browned.The bathroom sink leaked. That is where I placed my dog's bed, to keep her out of the way, and it leaked on her and her bedding. I notified the desk upon checkout.
