The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable.

The restaurant was not open in the evening as advertised so we had to go out for a takeaway. This is not what was expected or desired after a long day travelling. Increasingly it seems hotels advertise a restaurant being available in the evening and when you arrive it just happens to be the one night it's closed. If the restaurant is not available say so and then travellers can make alternative arrangements during the journey.

Very friendly staff! Even though I was checking in at 23:00, the staff was super helpful and had a very positive attitude. I can say, the room was clean and also even though there were many people staying at the time, the hotel was very calm and quiet.

Hotel is a bit outside of the city center (considering Evreux is a small city). I wasn't affected much but lack of elevator can be tricky if you are staying above the first floor. Also, maybe the breakfast might have been a bit better.

As an infrequent visitor to France, I only speak a little French, so it was much easier speaking to a receptionist who spoke good English. I would definitely stay there again. The room was much the same as other hotels in this price bracket, however there was a lovely fresh fragrance throughout. The shower was excellent. The room heating was already set at a nice temperature, and it was quiet.

Very minor, but there were some noticeable stains on the hallway carpet. Not enough pillows.

This is a hotel that knows its customers. People do not come here for long holidays, but to grab some sleep while travelling on the nearby motorway network. It's no-frills. But no frills, excellently done. There's a 24-hour front desk, and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Also, the breakfast is a great way to start the day.

The lighting in the room was too low key.

Easy to find. Met our requirements for an overnight , mid journey stay. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast was good and considering the evening meal wasn't freshly prepared, it was surprisingly edible.

Room decoration was a little tired. Water damage around the base of the bathroom walls both internally and externally needed work.

I always stay here every year, perfectly located between Calais and The Dordogne where my folks live. The staff are friendly and efficient, all speak very good English. There are security guards there that sit outside the hotel, which is reassuring when you have a car full of luggage! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower is nice and powerful. Breakfast is also nice with a good choice of the usual French bread/pastries/meats/cheeses etc. It is dog friendly and very good value for money.

No air con or fan in the room

excellent location for our overnight stay on the way back to England. there were some nice places to walk the dog close by. the room was spacious and clean with an excellent shower. really liked the kettle in the room. the reception staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English

the people in the room above us were extremely noisy until after 0300 hours. it did disturb our sleep. I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel

Very good value for money. Very helpful and responsive at the reception. Very straight forward. Whilst no food on in the evening (restaurant closed) a microwave available and I was able to get a very good Grimburgen blond beer at the hotel bar!

A little noisy at night but then I made an early start so perhaps I also made some noise!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great coffee. Pleasant garden area. Very helpful and friendly chambermaid.

Breakfast was a little expensive for the provision.

Had everything we needed for a stopover and just over the road was a lovely walk through the large woodland park.

Restaurant was closed. Nowehere nearby did vegetarian so we ended up at the supermarket which was thankfully next door and open!
