Excellent Location. One of the best staff seen. Very courteous and helpful. Comfortable room with a superb view of the sea. Located in a great, well lit area. Decent to a good breakfast spread.

Nothing to take a specific note of. Some of the lights and electric work can be worked upon but then this may have been a problem only in my room. Like mentioned above, nothing specifically to Take a note of.

The hotel rooms offer quality ocean views in many of the the rooms. I booked this hotel twice in the same month because of the ocean views and excellent location. It remains quiet in an otherwise busy area. You have a multitude of transportation options for travel in the local area. The hotel is easy to find and access. There are many excellent food choices with easy walking distance. The hotel is in the Pattaya loop so you can access a large area hop on a local baht bus for only 10 baht per person. If you like shopping you have easy access to Terminal 21 and Central Mall within the Pattaya loop.

This is a pro or a con depending on the your preference. There are two hotels and one has ocean views. The ocean view room has an excellent children's pool right right next to the breakfast area. Big pro for parents but it doesn't offer another pool for adults in the same building.

The food was not many choices

Rooms were nice and clean. The resort has two separate towers which are not directly attached however if you are travelling with others but book separately, if you want to stay in the same tower, you should request it. In my opinion the views are better in the front tower which is closer to the ocean and. The breakfast is also better here, but even if you end up in the rear tower you can still have breakfast at the in front tower anyway. The rear tower has a more relaxed pool area and bar along with and nice rooftop bar. Also has a 7/11 in the foyer which is handy.

Location of the property is good. Bed is comfortable.

Didn't expect that our room was at the second building, behind the front one that closer to the beach, so it's long walk to the beach and restaurant.

Breakfast was boring. Every day the same. Food Quality - not enough for European taste....

The panoramic view of both the city and the sea was breath-taking. With my room being beachfront and on the 23rd floor, it was as if I sat on the sea from our balcony. I loved it! The hotel was also largely spotless in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast too was divine with jaw dropping range of choice; including even rice and chicken curry!

Bell boys not helping us to move our luggage to our rooms and back to the car. They of course lost out on the tips we could have given to them.

Help with getting a Thaipass within the "Test & Go" package offered by the hotel. Almost everything was just perfect. The staff were extrimelly friendly and helpfull. Great choice of meals for the breakfast. Terrific sea view even from the bathroom. Cosy and clean pool with sunbads. Chilling massage options at Spa center visited by us for 3 times. Will stay here the next time!

Hospitality, Hygiene, buffet layout, the swimming pool, friendly concierge, staff of the restaurant was very friendly and accomodating, lavish spread of the breakfast, variety in the buffet. The AC of the room was fantastic.

I expected the rooftop bar to be lively and well served. Unfortunately it was below average expectation. I am hoping there was a reason behind the dull moment

Room was perfectly clean, had a great view. We stayed for a week and it was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a very large selection of options, something for everyone. Pool was clean and relaxing. Located very centrally to everything, walking street, beach, and malls. Hotel board dinners were also very good, 3 course meals were delicious. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. 7-11 in lobby was very convenient.
