Brand new, top-class, and luxurious hotel. This is a true 5-stars with a stunning decoration. The staff is helpful, spa is amazing, the food is perfect, the pools are awesome, it was an impeccable experience and not that expensive compared to other hotels. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels, just book this one, you'll not regret it.

Water and soft drinks should be included in the buffet. They said they'll fix it.

The property was new, clean and fresh. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a room before check in time which scored high points for us. The rooms smelled fresh and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

Since it is still a new hotel I expected hiccups in consistency and service. There should be consistency in providing complimentary bottled water which was unfortunately not the case. Calling the reception to request for hair dryer for example I was not delivered and only after several reminders did we receive the hair dryer the following day. An adequate number of staff should be provisioned for the breakfast buffet to ensure continuous cleanliness and tidiness. I believe the hotel has the potential to learn from these hiccups to improve and do better in the future. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would come back in the blink of an eye. Their staff from the reception to the restaurants even their housekeeping , great view and location . Clean Tarek marwa and laura great front end stafd , radya and sereen the best housekeeping , alyaa shems and maysaa wrrw always friendly in the restaurant.

Need to have more variety in food and more staff

The kids club , they took good care of our 5 years old child especially Reem , she was exceptional

They need to put more water for family rooms , and place the Non disturb button, also they should make more family shows for the children

Room service was slow (4pm and room not done yet), no in room dining service, limited choice of food and only one restaurant available, overall the food was average and quite salty

I was a little suspicious about this property given relatively low scoring, so I was prepared for a worn-out hotel, but the reality positively surprised me. Rooms were very spacious and clean, nice sea view from the balcony, well equipped kids club (highly appreciated by our 2-year-old) and good quality breakfast and dinner buffets. We visited the place outside the season, so there were few guests at the hotel what may have impacted our perception of this property, but overall it was a very positive surprise (in fact, we decided to extend our stay by one more night).

It's located in between Sousse and Monastir, so it's not really close to neither of the medina's, so you need to be prepared for a little longer drive there.

Food is pricy

We are not beach hotel let alone all inclusive kind of people but liked it here quite a bit. We stayed for three nights but only had breakfast here. The hotel is fairly new and offers everything you need. The staff is super friendly and they even upgraded us to a better room. The rooms are spacious and decorated with an eye for detail. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods and the value for money is very high!

Even though the hotel is not that old, it has some places where it looks already rather run down. Some items at breakfast are not the freshest. But thats only if you really have to search for something you want to complain about.

Friendly staff, lovely premises with lots to do for everyone. Beautiful swimming pools with the bar you can get stuff from while in the pool. Great pool for the kids too and water slides. Room was clean and bed and pillows were amazing! One of my best nights!

Breakfast was a little disappointing. Choice was there but I was expecting freshly pressed juices and alternative milks and a higher selection of teas. Not the case. Although there were local meals and crepes and eggs made to order so correct, but I think for the standard of the rest of the hotel they could take it up a notch! A part from that we had a lovely lovely stay! Of the only other thing was being awakened by the sewer smell. That’s a shame too! Maybe some plumbing issues to look into.

The hotel and its facilities are brand new, including the 4 pools (2 open air, 1 covered and 1 with slides). Rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the pillows! I usually have an issue with hotel room’s pillows, but these were extra soft. The food had a great variety and high quality mainly Tunisian specialties. The staff was great. Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners, lifeguards, cooks and waiters contributed to make our stay memorable by their kindness and helpfulness.

It is only a minor thing: elevators are small and usually crowded. One of them was broken during our stay, which made lots of pressure on the two others.
