This hotel was incredibly relaxing! We loved laying by the beautiful pools (2), and watching the beauty of the nature around us (iguanas, green parrots, coqui, palm trees). The room was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. They had lots of hammocks, Adirondack chairs, and other seating to enjoy the outdoors. The swim-up pool bar was a plus, too! All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not care for the beach. It was a nice sized beach, but there was lots of red seaweed (algae?) on the shoreline that stunk. We also were expecting there to be more restaurants in the area. The city of Humacao is about 15 minutes away, so we ended up just eating at the hotel's restaurants. While we did find the music relaxing, it would have been nice to have some less Zen, more Puerto Rican music at one of the pools.

Cannot reheat any food as there isn’t a microwave nor oven available. Only one restaurant for breakfast etc on the resort everything else was like 20 plus min walk or 8-10 min shuttle. The pizza restaurant by the pool was closed the entire trip. You have to rent a vehicle to traverse and enjoy other amenities outside the resort.

Around 3 different groups in the pool area had music speakers with their own music blasting, which took away from the relaxing environment. The hotel shouldn’t allow it. Also, the breakfast is nowhere close to being worth $27 per person.

We enjoyed the excellent service from the front desk staff and the waiters at Trova Coastal Kitchen (the restaurant). At Trova, the waitresses Genesis, Kneshiane and Marisol did an outstanding job to help us find vegan options every time. The stay was very relaxing and the days were sunny. The resort is designed for adults in mind, but the children can enjoy the pools, feeding the turtles and making s’mores at night. The gardens are well maintained, which adds to the experience and enjoyment of being there.

Well, the resort is remodeling some of the rooms, as we told. But we had a remodeled room which was comfortable and fine.

Great location with accessible beach and convenient services to enjoy the pools. The beach is wonderful to swim and walk. There are beach chairs and equipment to fully enjoy your stay. It is well protected and secure.

The rooms are pretty outdated. There is a significant disconnect between the lobby and restaurants and the rooms. They could use a good renovation. Breakfast was good but not worth if not included. Also, you need to be extremely patient and wait long times in the restaurant because they are slow.

We enjoyed the warm friendly environment and hospitality. We plan on making this our annual stay. The beach was just a short walk from our room. We had the option of going to either pool within the resort which was just a few steps in either direction from our room. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. Loved the resort. Last, but not least, I sincerely enjoyed their elixir Purple Rain. Believe it or not, it was quite calming without intoxication. I strongly encourage you try it at least once.

I wish we had been provided drinking water in the room.

Room needs mirror . There is only one mirror in the bathroom, unacceptable. Rooms need mantainance, I think you gave us the most run down room you have, it was not in good conditions. TV did not work. Apparently many rooms had same problem. We had a service technician in the room with us trying to get the TV to work for more than 2 hours interrupting our resting time and our family time.

Breakfast that we paid for was not up to the mark. We paid $50 for continental breakfast but that included only one coffee and 2 pastries. So very disappointed with that.

location and landscaping/outdoors, friendly staff, pet friendly!

Rooms need updates (toilet installed too close to the wall, outdated popcorn ceiling, etc.). Not what you would expect of a 4 Star hotel. Food options (the ones on premises are too expensive for qlty/qty… (ie: $100 for a breakfast for 4ppl that can be found for half the price anywhere else).
