Appreciated accommodating my room special request. The hotel staff were kind and helpful and checked by way of text messages to assure our stay was going OK. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning controls. Breakfast was good with a decent selection that varied by the day. The pool was very nice with water that was not overly chlorinated. It was easy to take advantage of the benefits of the resort charge and easy to get the credit applied for our food and beverage. There is a casino right next door for those who might like to gamble. Within walking distance of the Luquillo food kiosks.

Parking was not straightforward as I was not initially given a parking pass card (but they did straighten this out.) The beach umbrella we were lent was broken.

The breakfast was decent. The location is a walking distance from one of the best beaches on the island. The staff is wonderful, especially the bartender! Enjoyed every day of stay, very much recommended!

The booking price and the real price is two different prices. I'm not sure, if its the common thing, but that was a bit disappointing, paying extra $100-200 for your stay just because something was not included in the price.

We loved the location. The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean. Definitely returning again.

Front seat staff was accommodating and helpful. They set up balloons in the room for my daughter's birthday! Housekeeping staff were great! Felt really clean after a week of other types of accommodations. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a pool! They also provide towels and umbrella for the beach which is just a 10 min walk away.

Wait staff were definitely on island time and we're obviously not happy to be working. Pool was not heated and it was cold in January. Limited restaurant menu. We expected more for the price.

So great!!! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the Luquillo kiosks and the beach. The hotel is really clean, the pool is lovely with lots of pool chairs in a mixture of sun and shade. The hotel restaurant is actually affordable and not super overpriced! Staff were extremely helpful. There is also a laundry room which means you can pop on a load and sit by the pool while you wait for it. Highly recommend!!

Great location within walking distance to a beautiful beach and kioscos, an outdoor mall of restaurants, bars, stores, etc. along the beautiful beach. Very short drive to El Yunque. 30 minutes to Fajardo for catamaran excursions, bioluminous bay. Fantastic complimentary breakfast. Beautiful pool with amenities for all ages. Nice gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the mountain view, staff are wonderful,the pool and the short distance to the beach is awsome.

I really enjoyed the experience. It would be very accommodating if you have umbrellas in the pool area and it would be super amazing if you had a spot for music and dancing.

The property had good continental breakfast. The staff were very polite and fast acting to fix any issues. The hotel was clean and the pool was great.

I think the fitness gym needs a little upgrading on some equipment. The beds were firm and ok but the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable a bit.

New so facilities were good. Not much to do except for pool, gym and casino adjacent to hotel. Need a car to get around to beaches and Rainforest.

Went for New Years Eve and no entertainment available and dinner offered as very basic.

I Loved Everything About This Hotel. The Staff Was Helpful And Friendly, The Rooms Were So Clean And Spacious, The Pool Was Great, The Location Was Perfect Really Close To The Beach, Kioskos De Luquillo, Casino And Other Places To Visit. I Highly Recommended.
