Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to Old San Juan and Pinones. The location was also walkable to other places to eat. Close to the airport and overall the convenience of the hotel was excellent. The pool and beach grounds are clean and beautiful.

The outside ladies bathrooms were not clean, and I couldn't use them. I had to walk inside the building and use the clean bathrooms. There should be nightly live entertainment on weekends and the music near the pool should be played until the pool closes for those customers who enjoy staying at the pool late on weekdays. The drinks at the pool bar are served in small plastic cups for $14 and with very little alcohol. You shouldn't have to pay extra to taste the alcohol. Thank you Jenny at the pool bar for making my two drinks better and your service was great.

royal sonesta review: absolutely incredible 10/10 service! everyone is so incredibly nice, and super helpful. rooms were beautiful, super comfortable beds, and turn down service was great. restaurants and drinks were good, just pricey. as solo travelers, this place is super safe and welcoming. puerto rico in general is incredibly welcoming and nice. as single women travelers, i felt very safe everywhere i went! pool and beach are great. only slight issue is i feel that price wise breakfast should be included, and some other perks, but besides that 10/10 stay. i recommend ubering instead of renting a car, 24 market across the street, getting mofongo at the restaurant next to it, and getting to club brava earlier than you think :)

The property has a fantastic location it’s close to the airport, in walking distance to food, shopping and more! The hotel property is clean and has great amenities like a spa,gym and nail salon, with great food options! Alei and Ocean Breeze were my favorites. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a Beachfront hotel with access to water activities like jet ski parasailing and banana boat rides. Archie jet ski rental is the best and also Checkin/ checkout was easy! Great for families or couple get away.

Location close to airport and on the beach

The hotel resort fees were a bit expensive especially when our room had a leaky freezer and water all over the rug which made it smell moldy. I think the resort fees should be adjusted because we had to sleep with that smell for 2 nights they just told us thank you for letting them know ?????? Not the right answer .

We loved that it was on the beach. Staff were kind and extremely helpful. The drinks were so good. My daughter and I had too many virgin mango frozen drinks! So good! An overall great stay. And Thank you for the vegan options! Would love to see even more on the menu!

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Several Restaurants (including Ruth Chris. Loved that) and bars on-site had breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Gym was nice and clean. Hotel located near restaurants and convenient stores (walking distance/across the street). Swim up bar and restaurant was relaxing. 5 min drive from airport depending on traffic. Offered valet for similar price to public parking so that was convenient. Staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous. Definitely recommend the stay here!!~

No complaints. Wish the Ocean side restaurant was opened but it was closed due to repairs/remodeling. Other than that I really had no complaints!

So many positives... I don't know where to start... I loved the proximity of the pool and how easy it was to get to the beach from my room. The hotel staff was phenomenal - friendly, helpful, welcoming. The pool area was clean. It was nice to see some children playing and the other guests were so fun and friendly. The beach was perfect... on Saturday afternoon, there was live music being played on the beach. It was so refreshing to see people let loose and enjoy it. The breakfast that is included with the reservation is so much more than "continental breakfast" - it has stations of different foods (eggs, bacon, waffle station, fruit station, cereal station, pastries, etc.). If you wanted to order something special, it costs extra but I saw absolutely no need. The continental breakfast also includes one mimosa per guest. I, unfortunately, did not take advantage of the happy hour that is also included, however, the ambiance was festive but not too loud. the bartenders and servers were friendly. It really was a great place to decompress for a couple of days.

This hotel seemed to have some hidden fees that I am still trying to decipher. lol BUT it is a great hotel. The Pool area is fab with a swim up bar and quick food. The beach access is immediate and breathtaking. It was a very grown and sexy spot! Lots of areas for picture taking. The area was a bit congested with lots of dining areas but a bit far from excursion areas.

Felt nickeled and dimed. Just pay attention.

The main bartender in the swim up pool. He was the only person in the whole place that consistently looked and acted like he didn’t want to be there every day of the week. I’m a bartender and the first day we got there we ordered from him and I was thinking he’s just having a bad day. It happens. Then every day from there he had the same scowl and attitude or didn’t even recognize me. He is not happy with his job and it shows. Please highlight someone else on your website that deserves the credit.

The hotel scent was nice, like green tea. The staff was friendly. The location was great.

We went to the beach several times and each time we went, there were NO towels in the towel station. We spoke to the front desk about it and he had someone bring towels to us, but each time we went to the beach--no towels, except for the last visit to the beach, we were able to get the last 2 towels. For a 3,000 5-day stay at a hotel, you would think they could have enough towels.
