I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Classic by Venue. Located 10 minutes walk from the MRT and a bus stop also nearby, with a wide choice of places to eat nearby. The place looks quite new, clean and all facilities in good conditions, and staff was friendly. I appreciated the fridge in the room and the USB charging outlets. Definitely worth it!

Value for money near Joo Chiat area. 5-10 minute walk away from MRT (train), from there downtown is another 10 minute away. There are also a few buses nearby. 10 minute away from city center by car. We mostly called cars (Grab, Gojek) for transport as there were four people in the group. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood with some laid back nightlife scene as well.

There were no toilet paper rolls in the room, instead they provide tissues. Rooms are windowless, that was known at the time of booking. Joo Chiat is not the standard tourist area for first time visitors, but a good compromise if you don't want to pay for expensive central hotels. That said Grab / Gojek are quite expensive recently in Singapore ... make your choice.

Location was good for us, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and the staff cleaned/tidied it very well each day when we were out. Price was also a plus as it didnt break the bank at a peak time. Seems like there was some good food in the area which we wished we had time to try.

We paid for a window but the window couldnt be opened and had these shutters which obstructed the view and didnt seem like it could be opened, which was a bit of a shame. To be fair, we didnt ask the staff about it either.

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed in this hotel. This should should how much we have enjoyedviur stay. Check-in was great and efficient the last 2 stays all because Carole. We booked triple and double rooms snd she made sure our rooms were adjacent which added to our enjoyment. Our rooms were always clean when we got back to the hotel and that was due to Ah Toh. He is a great representation of your hotel. Always smiling and greeting whenever we met in the hallway. The location of the hotel is the best attraction. I love Joo Chiat road. You get different neighborhoods as you walk down the road. There is a lot of restaurants and food courts plus a supermarket close buy. The room is what I expected at the price I paid. Bed is comfortable ti my standards. Small but workable.

1. It’s exceptionally clean. If I could rate cleanliness 15 ⭐️ out of 10, I would. Daily cleaning, by the way. 2. Conveniently located next to several bus routes and 10 mins walk to Paya Lebar MRT, transportation is not an issue. 3. Friendly staff, really willing to help you. I’ve stayed in Singapore before and unfortunately it’s not always like that. This hotel is a great example how to be nice to guests. 4. Honest practice, you get a room without windows, but it’s written clearly.

1. Room is small, as you can see from sq.m. in the description. We had two cabin size suitcases and managed, big ones would be a bit more difficult but doable (on the bed or in the bathroom). 2. Wi-Fi is ok for casual browsing but watching movies or having conference calls might be tricky, as the speed was up and down during our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent.

There was no safe or locker in the room. Also, the walls were thin and sounds from the next room can be heard at times. The linen was very clean but are beginning wear out.

close to the airport and many restaurants (halal or non-halal) near there. the room was a bit-small for 3 persons (we book the triple room) and no window. but the bed was comfy and they have bath-up in the washroom. ac was cold enough but the wifi was little slow. the staff were really helpful, I requested for extra pillow in the middle of the night and they bring it right away to our room. during check-out we also can keep our luggage in the hotel lobby. overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the price.

room was small and wifi was a little bit slow. we can hear voice from outside the room but it's not very noisy.

Great Location, Great Price

It’s not very sound proof, you can hear people talking outside of your room. Prepare your mind that the room is small

The staff were very polite and helpful. Helped me figure out how to get around. The cleaning staff were really great too esp. Firdaus. Wee was the gentleman who was extremely impressive as he helped me get transport back to the airport during the busy F1 weekend when I was panicking I might miss my flight. Overall the hotel is good value for money and a great location - 5 min walk to Paya Lebar MRT station and close to the main road if you want to catch a bus. A lot of local places to eat nearby too.
