The Filipina staff in the lobby is very friendly and assist me well especially in going to my room. 😊 My room is located in the terrace which is cozy and has an accessible vending machine of drinks. 😊

People outside are a bit noisy and I think need more soundproofing. The window needs to have blackout blinds for privacy.

We got bumped off the flight and was looking for a place to stay for just a few hours. We saw this hotel which is cheap and not too far from the airport. At this cheap price , I was amazed by the amenities given! They provided 2 bottles of mineral water ,coffee, tea and toothbrush. There was 2 in 1 shampoo and body gel . The water was hot enough for a comfortable shower. The air-conditioning works perfectly well. The bed and pillows were comfortable! And they also provides free WiFi! Definitely, worth more than what you pay for!

The toilet bowl is too near the door. I have to sit side way to do my business. There was a bit of stench smell when entered the room but with full blast of air-conditioner. The smell was gone without a trace! The rooms were quite old but clean.

6 km from the airport is The Snooze Hotel. Once you enter you are greeted at a small reception. The Staff are very friendly. You then enter the elevator to the second floor where all the rooms are located with rooms on the inside with no views or windows and outer rooms, some with no windows unless you pay for bigger rooms with a view. There are also four rooms located on the terrace. The terrace has two tables to eat at with 4 chairs each and one table with a Dble couch and two single chairs.. There are also two vending machines, one for snacks and thee other drinks. You are also greeted by half dozen Koi fish with their own open pool on the terrace. The rooms have all your basics, a tv, kettle with tea, coffee, water supplied, towels and toothbrush/toothpaste. If you need more towels, coffee satchets or linen changed the cleaning staff are happy to help. There is a hanging space for small items to wash and hang in the bathroom above the toilet also. If you explored the local area you'll find that it's close to East Coast Park and Katong Center. Downstairs, attached, but not part of the hotel is a Pub on one side and a La Fornos Pizza Restaurant on the other. Outside the main door is a small coffee shop. On the same side 10 meters is a food Hawkers and 7/11. The closest ATM is two blocks away at the ESSO (petrol) Station and the next inside the mall at Katong Center.

The only downside but not a biggy was the shower head is not rotatable. Sorted by placing behind the shower caddy to get the right angle. Also for your awareness...there is no self serve laundry, but there is one, a block away towards ECP.

Loved the charm, location (equidistant airport - sun city/boat quay, price.

Our flight out was 11.00am, meaning leaving by taxi at 9.00am. We discussed this with the excellent staff the night before, but were not advised to book a taxi early. When we went to book on in the morning, none were available at that busy time. As jet-lagged tourists en-route for a one night stay, we were not aware of that. The reception staff should have been on to this one. But this is a minor point. I'd definitely stay again for a short stay

The desk is 24hr, so my delayed flight was not an issue. The staff were courteous. There was a pub and food eateries right there. The taxi was about SGD 25 from Changi airport. There are bus routes passing close by and the MRT is not far away. The bed was comfortable and the room was small, all good for an overnight layover.

The TV didn't work, the A/C a bit loud and the WIFI tended to drop out. All minor complaints.

I stayed at this hotel in a family room for 10 days during my SHN with my parents, hands down the best stay i ever had, the staffs were so helpful, they even allowed us to order grab food and delievered the food to our doorstep, they even passed food sent by our relatives to our room, me and my family were very happy with the stay, the towels and beverages were replaced daily, totally recommended! i will definitely plan my stay with them in future! Special mention to the beautiful receptionists Adelene and Nadia for their professional assistance in ensuring a smooth check-out !

Cleanliness Friendly and Helpfull Staff Professionalism The View from our Window

The location is excellent. Easy access to bus. Near 2 nice malls. Lots of food nearby. The room is small, but adequate. Very clean.

The entrance to hotel is very narrow, but everyone works together to get in and out. Our room was right across from a pub where people partied loudly, especially on weekends.

The hotel staff, Ais is very friendly and helpful, she always greet customers with her great smile. The location of the hotel is relatively near to East Coast and surrounded with affordable hawker and restaurants. It is also very convenient to travel to city area.

The corridor sometimes fill with cigarette smell and can be noisy at night when there are people taking alcoholic drinks at the nearby store.

Comfortable room in interesting location.

I could not use my credit card for dinner in downstairs eatery because it only takes local phone scan payment, except the bar.

It advertised as basic and small room and that is exactly what it was.

Nothing really. It is obviously very old but has been renovated a little. It met my expectations as an overnight stay.
