location was excellent, price was fair, and the amenities were good. the bed was comfortable and the hot water was consistent and great temperature! i felt that the hotel did a good job leaving it up to the tenant to set the ideal A/C and water heating conditions. this is environmentally friendly!

the toothbrushes were a little...bendy soft; also, although the A/C was quite strong, there was no mini fridge in the room, so it was difficult to keep food and drinks.

booked a room knowing plane wasnt arriving until 6am. Agents were waiting for us, got us checked in quickly and automatically gave us a late checkout so we could get a few hours sleep

room was very small, dark so if it hadnt been reserved solely for the purpose of getting some sleep after 24 hours of travelling it wouldnt have been very nice. It was perfect for our needs on this reservation however

The room is clean and have all the basic stuff for a short stay. Bed is very comfortable. The location is bit not convenient for food and grocery stuff, but it is very quiet place for sleep. It is a good place for rest and reading, especially surrounding with greens and wild chicken and birds.

Stayed here for 6 days.. Though the stay didn't include breakfast, the hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located. Literally walking distance away from VivoCity mall, Sentosa and Universal. Rooms were a little small but cozy.. Facilities like 24x7 hot water, clean sheets and dental kits were provided. Staff was very courteous and took care of us well.

Can include a basic breakfast buffet to make the experience perfect.

Fendi the hotel receptionist is very cordial he was truly a big help during our trip.

Room too small. Fridge didn't cool. Taxi had to circle 2x to find the hotel. The front was covered by a very high bush throughout the length of the hotel. It would help to trim that bush down half so renters don't get lost finding it.

clean rooms. easy access to bus stop and metro. no disturbance. helpful staff.

little pricy but ok for singapore standards. no food or water available on site (though the tap water is potable and stores present nearby)

A rooster made a lot of noise at 5am every day. Location was a bit out of the way, but that's why it's priced lower. Not a long walk to buses or subway.

Great location to explore sentosa island during a layover and it’s not too far from the rest of the city.

The shower was poorly designed but aside from that everything met the standard payed for.
