As a family with a young infant, we liked that we were given a room that was on the same level as the carpark. Also, the children's indoor playground had a floor cushion and plenty of age appropriate toys; it was a very safe space for my 9 month old to tumble and explore. The breakfast was not a wide spread, but it was still very delicious. The decor is old, but generally well kept. Also, it was a nice space to have our pet rabbit join us in the room.

The clothes rack was very dusty and old, to a point of even rusty. I did not feel safe to hang my clean clothes on them. The airconditioning was difficult to use, as it seemed to turn off at odd intervals. 23 was too cold but 24 was too warm.

Staff all very friendly & helpfull - Cecelia on the 10th flr always bright cheerful & ready to help. Breakfast buffet included in package was very good & well used. Pool deck & gardens well laid out and nicely presented. Very convenient location attached to shopping centre with supermarkets, resturants & coffee shops.

2nd bathroom was very small and compact - larger sized people would struggle to use. Would prefer pump soap at wash basin - soap dish & cake soap quite messy on vanity. Quite a walk in the heat to the MRT

The apartment was very clean and spacious. They provided amenities such as robes, slippers, cooking utensils and shower essentials. They gave us a bowl of fruit and cookies on arrival which was very generous and thoughtful. Our luggage was taken to our room which made our arrival very easy and pleasant. Breakfast was served every morning and featured basic eggs, toast and fruit along with other things that are switched out everyday. The breakfast was more than sufficient. The location was fine and was connected to a shopping centre with a grocery store which was extremely useful when we wanted to cook our own meals.

I did wish the location was closer to a metro station. The pool area was lovely but in the shade so it was hard to get any sun.

Thank you for providing us with the welcome snacks. It was kindly appreciated, but the chips were a little stale and had passed their expiration date.

The property may be somewhat outdated, but it is linked to a small mall that has a grocery store, bakery, noodle restaurant, and Starbucks. Housekeeping did a good job with cleaning and refreshing our room. However, the front desk could use a friendlier approach and more smiles. Wilson and the guy who checked us in were both extremely helpful.

This one locates in River Valley, which is quite central but not too crowded . It has shuttle bus service which came in quite handy to get to prime shopping malls . right next door to Fraser is a small shopping hub with two organic supermarkets, several restaurants and coffee. I also like the swimming pool and the gym. My two bed room has a washing machine so it’s convenient for family.

The apartment is rather small, which I am not surprise given the price of Singapore. It has a glass wall bathroom in the master room. I was aware of it in advance, but still not my cup of tea. There is a retreat room with three massage chairs two of which were broken. And they didn’t fill up coffee and tea everyday . other stuff like dish washer tablets and washing power we could ask, and were given on one-unit per request basis. It is a pricy place so I would guess stuff like this shouldn’t be asked for.

The size of the apartment was excellent and it was cleaned every day with bottles of water and coffee left for us which was greatly appreciated. Our room was on the same floor as the pool which was handy for popping in and out of the room and we sat on the terrace some evenings overlooking the pool which was lovely. The breakfast was amazing with something different to try every day and freshly cooked omelettes and fried eggs.

The location was a bit far out and we had to get taxis everywhere, there was a good shopping mall to walk to Great World but any where else needed a taxi.

The suite was very pleasant and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was excellent, with two MRT lines within a 1 km walking distance, as well as a food store and restaurants nearby. There was also a complimentary bus for the guests of the hotel, and a delightful playroom for children.

Some tiles in the main pool are becoming loose, but they do not hinder the enjoyment and use of the pool.

There wasn't anything to complain about ata swee all about the place. I had called up the place before my travel to confirm if everything is in place and Ivan was kind enough to give detailed information. Rooms are spacious , everything you need is provided. Beds are super comfy. Staff is really really helpful, Ivan And Raihan were really v helpful even in guiding how to go to various places we wanted to visit. Additionally, one of days during our stay there was a false alarm that blew off for few minutes, all staying were sent box macaroons with an apology note ... Which was something really sweet. Reg breakfast, they had a v decent spread of mix cuisines and also one Indian vegetarian option. All in all - my family vacation was well spent ...

Very large modern well equipped condo style apt.Great location close to River Valley .Very attentive and friendly staff. Very good breakfast .The kitchen utensils and plates etc were top quality from wedgewood etc .Welcome fruit replaced daily .Room was cleaned daily with change of towels .

A basket of apples on reception had very sour apples and when I mentioned it go receptionist he shrugged his shoulders and made no comment .Fruit still there when ws checked out .This individual was the exception .

I liked it all . perfect breakfast every day. room cleaning every day. Perfect apartment has everything. washing machine and dryer. kitchen, two bedrooms. good space.. perfect stay and great reception. great location. Congratulations to everyone who works at the hotel, I will be back more often. gym, swimming pool, wi fi everything great
