The location was great, hawker centre including the no.18 Zion Rd who serves the best kway teow noodles in Singapore & MRT staion is just 10 min walk, there's even 7/11 & massage nearby , quiet environment located in residential area, Safe to walk around the area & easy transport including taxi & Grab services are everywhere. Great World city shopping centre is also nearby. Not to mention that just behind the building is the Singapore River ( a small gate at the back of the property for access. ) The Super King bed was comfortable & the whole apartment was clean. Use of complimantary coffee machine & biscuits were good for on the go travellers. The swimming pool was a bonus if you want a dip after a long day outside the hot & humid Sg weather

The customer service was ok but smiles on their faces with friendly approach could have been better. The reviews i read about the small bathroom & toilet was true but you wont stay in the bathroom the whole duration of your stay, you just need to shower & off you go, so, it didnt bother me at all. Though we tried opening the sofa bed for us to rest while watching tv in the living room, the mattress badly need a change, it was all spring we sat on, it was not comfortable at all, so we had to put it back & use it as 2 seater couch instead.

staff not warm and friendly . indifferent attitude at Reception Housekeeping did not happen on the scheduled day. I had to request for basic supplies like toilet paper 3 times before it happened. The hot water system in one one of our bathrooms was not working on the second day. so we couldn’t use the bathroom for showers for the rest of our 7 day stay as they were “waiting for spare parts “I am not happy with the fact that we paid for this facility and could not use it for the rest of the stay and paid full price for accommodation, the booking was made online in early November 2022.

Bathroom and shower a little small. Shower in particular. Also rooms quite noisy at night, can hear guests in other rooms.

We were a couple in our 60s with mum 86 (in a wheelchair) and son 28 (handicapped from a climbing accident). Having an apartment meant we could be together. The kitchenette meant we could get our own breakfast and 1 meal a day without going out. The location was convenient for shops and transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's our second time to stay at LK Residences. We love this place. It's great for families. Furnishings were top-notch. Loved the Smeg Kitchenette. There's a coffee machine at the Lobby that runs from morning til evening. They have complimentary pastries for breakfast. Our kids loved the complimentary snacks served daily. There's also a couple of vending machines for drinks and snacks in the property. They have bikes that you can borrow to explore the area also. Staff were all friendly ans helpful. A swim at the rooftop pool is a nice way to cool down at the end of the day. The MRT is a 3 min walk away and so is a cooked food center, 7-11 and Fair Price grocery that's open 24/7.

Havelock is a quiet area so if you want night life you have to take the MRT but it's only a couple of stops to Orchard Rd and going to the more bustling places is quite easy via the MRT

They are actually quite generous. My room was upgraded from 1 bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom apartment and we are with elders using 2 wheelchairs so it's really a blessed for us.. thanks so much and we really appreciate it. Plus we know that hotel prices were very high during our stay cos it was on F1 weekend, but still, we got upgraded. Even though they didn't provide any breakfast but they did provide some bread and small cookies downstairs plus coffee machine freeflow. The room is nice, spacious for Singapore standard and we got everything in the room. They even have a small shower in the toilet which is uncommon in SG.

We were met by the receptionist who took us to our room and showed us how everything worked- amazing service! We had a 1 bedroom unit which had 2 bathrooms, big king bed and a fold out bed. It was excellent, room not too small, very comfortable beds( also fold out couch). The unit was very clean and modern, amazing value for money! The train station was about a 5 minute walk and the shell petrol station which had McDonalds attached to it was a 3 minute walk. There are some restaurants within a 2 minute walk( very authentic Asian food and not for me) but if you are keen it was there. We walked to a pizza place that was about 5 mins( takeaway only). Fabulous free coffee and pastries at reception every morning. Pastries were individually wrapped and that I liked as it was nice and hygienic. Over all- a great place to stay, highly recommend!

The shower was a little cramped but the shower pressure was really good.

It’s convenient; it’s within walking distance from an MRT station, restaurants and a hawker centre. The room’s clean and the staff are friendly. The sofabed has an actual thin mattress and topper that was comfortable enough, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out processes were also very straightforward and efficient. Would stay here again!

The gym was surprisingly very small - it would realistically fit 1-2 people working out comfortably, and would benefit from an aircon or stronger fan. The walls are also quite thin so we heard the people in the room next door from time to time. Also, we heard birds hit the windows each day - it may be because the windows are reflective and they think they’re flying to a tree (but it’s mirrored). Just something to be aware of.

Excellent property and well situated close to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. Size of the apartment is good comparing to others in the city. With the MRT metres away, it is easy to quickly journey around the city. Everything was clean and tidy as well with a variety of amenities.

So I booked this to stay with family and work remotely in a 3bed service apartment. The check in was easy, location was close to city center by taxi. Little India and other places were close by. MRT station was also very close. The building windows has beautiful view and open spaces which was amazing. You can see tail bit of Marina Bay Sands from the hotel too. The poll in 11th floor and was amazing with a stunning view. AirCondition worked really well. The place was super clean. Staff was really helpful and always smiles as asks about where we were from etc. and greeted us always. Cleaning service is within building and you can also order food which they will freshly prepare. Singapore is expensive so it was an expensive location to stay in a 3 bed unit but it was super worth it. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back again for sure.
