Location is so ideal for getting around, bus stop is just round the corner and the nearest MRT metro station is only a 10 min walk. Would recommend mentioning that you want a higher floor on the welcome questionnaire because the view is amazing. The room was a great size, bed was huge, came with kettle, fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, hangers, soap, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The air con worked amazingly. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as the rest of the room but it was a good size. The view from the shower was great. I had a few queries during my stay and the reception staff were incredible, so so helpful and were so happy to give recommendations as well. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Singapore.

The room was huge for the price we paid. Our king-size bed was comfy. Huge bathroom with bath tub, and we have a nice view outside our building. Hotel staff is helpful, check in and out was fast. It's a 5-10mins walk from the new MRT line, Havelock station, which is 3 stations away from Orchard Station. We had breakfast at Tiong Bahru Market every morning! Lots of chic cafe and eateries around, so no worries that you cannot find food!

We stayed on the high floor (6th floor). There's a roof top bar above us, whenever they move their chair or tables, we can hear it clearly. Besides that, the light switches don't work that well in the room, but it doesn't bother us.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Close to Chinatown and 45min walking distance to Marina Bay Sands Great rooftop bar with tasty cocktails Strong Wifi

The location with 5 minutes walk to the MRT station Havelock very pleasant. Good restaurants in the environment and one perfect cafe offering French bakeries for breakfast. Rooms nice and clean. The two receptionists Hazif and Faiz always very friendly and supportive. They spread a positive atmosphere and covered some minor issues of the hotel. Would definitely come back for a third time if Singapore will be on our route

Room service a little bit late in the afternoon. Need for asking for small towels.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from 2 MRT stations which can both be used to access most of Singapore. There are plenty of nearby hawker centres for fantastic food options - would highly recommend Tiong Bahru which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Check in and check out was easy, with the hotel offering baggage storage for early/late arrivals. The hotel reception is staffed 24/7 which is perfect.

The facilities are lacking, such as no restaurant or bar (or at least that didn't appear to be operating) however breakfast pastries were offered free of charge.

-big room , big bathroom; -comfy beds ; -quiet room; -nice personnel; -coffee in the room (although instant one), ironing board, kettle, minifridge;

- no restaurant in the hotel (especially for breakfast); - you receive one towel for each person ....rather small (for ecological purposes); - internet speed modest; - wall decorations a bit old ; - some dust on the cupboard shelves; - on the first day we received a room with a terrible view ....after that they were kind enough to change it; - the location was ok for my purpose but if it was for touristic purposes , I think I could have chosen differently.

Decor was interesting, modern and colorful especially the lobby. Staff were extremely helpful when we had problems. Everyone was polite and obliging. Location was better than expected as you could walk aroun the neighbourhood and find little restaurants. The area was not a concrete jungle surrounded by high rises but interesting and safw to walk around. Transportation by bus was very close and taxis were readily availalble. And it was quiet. All this made our trip pleasant.

Noise from the pipes when the taps were turned on. Othewiise nothing.

I liked the location, it was very close to the bus stops that were only about 15 minutes from chinatown and only 30 minutes from marina bay sands and gardens by the bay. The restaurants nearby were also quite good and I'd suggest checking out the seafood restaurant and chicken rice restaurant. The staff were excellent and the hotel will even lock up your bags if you get there too early for check in and would like to explore before check in. The room itself was very large and comfortable with lots of windows for natural lights.

The view from the bathroom was interesting although i can't say i disliked it. Also i thought i had booked a room for 3 and 2 but actually it was only for 2 and 2 so we had to pay extra for an extra bed although of no real fault of the staff. Also the door stuck, like it wasn't easily closed or opened and the walls are a bit thin.

I like the clean and tidy room. Good bed and pillow very comfortable. Nice staff they are very nice. The location is superb near resto and MRT. I will definitly come back so i hope they can more improve the hotel with all the customer review.

The hotel was very comfortable and suited our needs. Rooms were serviced daily to a high standard and two bottles of water were left every day (very much appreciated in the hot weather). The staff were friendly and helpful particularly when we were checking out very early in morning. The girl insisted on taking our luggage to the taxi for us and made sure we were okay. The hotel was in easy walking distance of Outram Park MRT Station. The MRT system is fantastic once you know what you are doing and gives very easy access to many places, the best option to travel around and reasonably priced.

No breakfast available in hotel. Even a continental grab & go breakfast would have been nice to take back to room where there was tea and coffee facilities. The doors were particularly loud on closing which was very disturbing when guests were coming and going late at night.
