Beautiful place, clean rooms and great location

The algae in the pools and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom which didn’t give the resort vibe

The location is decent - close to the tram and beach and universal (like most things in Sentosa). The pool area is AWESOME - REALLY REALLY BIG AND VARIED AND PICTURESQUE. THE 7 - 11 at the complex was a life saver!

The breakfast is way too expensive - and they have NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. I would strongly recommend buying breakfast items from the 7-11. Reception Staff was very helpful but a little slow - check in took very long (maybe it was a new person)

Incredible architecture and great amenities. Absolutely stunning pool. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to everything in Sentosa; complimentary shuttle and tram helps you beat the heat or rain.

Our room didn’t seem completely clean when we arrived - the floors were maybe swept or vacuumed but not mopped.

Good set of swimming pools to relax by and easy travel links to the rest of Sentosa/Singapore. Clean and very friendly staff.

Small rooms which were difficult with larger suitcases. Limited eating options (especially because they run conferences from the hotel sometimes which closes the in hotel restaurant). No coffee machine available in room - this I get from an environmental perspective but it’s a shame that the best alternative was Nescafé gold blend in a drawer (once per hotel floor) - a decent coffee machine per floor would solve this better I think.

Location and ad.

No closet to put our clothes in. Not spacious and too pricey.

Sliding partition wall to split up the sleeping and washing up area - perfect to tuck your children in first. Loved the in room tap for filtered water - no plastic bottles needed.

Slightly insufficient hanging space as there was no wardrobe, just some knobs and hangers on the wall.

Some of the best hotel facilities ever. The swimming pool is amazing and it’s accessible throughout the day (unstaffed at night). They have movie screenings and mini fireworks by the pool in the evening. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar at the neighbouring Outpost hotel. Great early 2013 - music. There’s another pool there as well! The hotel is right in the middle of Sentosa, making it a breeze to head to VivoCity, RWS and the beaches by Monorail.

The room could be a little small.

The pools were amazing, the kids loved them. We really enjoyed being on Sentosa, initially I was worried we were going to be too far away to go see all the sights of Singapore, but I had nothing to worry about as it was perfect. We have young children and we walked the boardwalk every morning to vivocity to get breakfast at ToastBox, and we were there within 15-20 mins from hotel to vivocity. Breakfast buffet we had one day, but my children don’t eat enough to warrant spending so much on breakfast buffet (why we ended up finding toastbox). But the food was great and options were plenty.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better, there was cream smeared on the glass and dry toothpaste on the tap when we checked in. However the rest was ok and the resort itself was very clean.

Hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing! All staff were pleasant and welcoming (especially cleaning staff!!) Location for monorail is good and takes only a few mins to get to Resorts World.

The rooms are too small. We had connecting rooms as it was myself, wife and daughter and it is just as well because there is barely anywhere to store luggage or hang things properly. We had to just spread everything out between the two rooms. Check in can take a long time too.

Nice hotel, staff were lovely

Check-in experience. We checked in early there was a 15 min wait, and the room wasn't ready, which was completely fine and understandable we were told.to come.back around two which we did and lined up for 30mins told one room ready and we would be caled to advise 2nd room ready. No phone call after check-in time, so lined up again for another 30 minutes for 2nd room. I appreciate that the hotel was very busy. However, there should have been a better process for checked-in guests to pick up their keys. One hour waiting is really not acceptable. Seperate line, sms something!
