I see that they now provide towel, which probably wasn't the case last time based on the older reviews I read. A free small locker is given to lock valuables inside. Other guests were all super silent during their stay and I was impressed with the attitude.

Would be great if the curtain of the pod can be locked from outside, so that we don't have to pack our things everytime we're leaving the pod. If you have big luggages, it can be difficult to keep them inside the room, as it's a small room.

It's my 3rd time to stay here and as usual the hotel staff are always accomodating. My bed is clean even underneath the mattress. Clean fresh sheets, pillows and towels. Free coffee all day. The staff are mostly women from the Philippines so cleanliness is highly assured . Will definitely stay again as I'm already comfortable and familiar with the area. Feels like home to me.

This time they always ran out of shampoo and body wash but you can always ask for refills. I always bring my own toiletries. It's better to be prepared and have options.

The seating areas, hot and cold water facility, location all great and the hostel overall had a chill vibe. The noise rule awesome and other guests were respectful. The best part of the experience was dealing with a girl that had the best customer service skills and the friendliest nature. Every hostel/hotel needs someone like this at reception dealing with guests.

I believe the pull down shades on the pods needs to be black and thicker to block out the light. I believe night lights should be used in rooms after example 10 or 11pm, rather than a bright bedroom light.

There's a common place where you can work. They have free coffee , water, and self-service laundry. Also, the capsule style has a little table for a laptop. It's also close to the train station and bus stop.

I think going up to the top bunk bed creates noise, and I feel bad for those who are sleeping already. Also, the shower room near our room has no shampoo and soap so I have to go to the other building.

Location is close to bus and train stations. Walking distance to Haji Lane and Mustafa Center. AC is nice and capsules provide a sense of privacy among occupants of a room. They also provide complimentary coffee and tea. Hair blower and flat iron for clothes are also provided. Also, laundry is free at specified time 😇

Capsules need maintenance. The doors and lights of some capsules are not working well.

Location and price. It was so easy to commute to any part of Singapore either via bus or MRT. Price is very affordable and the ability to do laundry for free at night is a huge plus.

Cleanliness of the beds. Although sheets are clean, the blinds (coverings) were not clean for the capsule. Also, some of the items on the electrical panel was not working properly.

In the capsule every essential thing is available and the staff are very accomodating and available every time. You can leave your luggage even after you checked out.

The cost is very high for a capsule.

Comfortable capsule with all the necessary equipment inside. Located in the city center surrounded by Indian restaurants. The lady who works there is really nice, ready to help you and answer your questions.

The dormitories smelled a little too much like mothballs or menthol.

It's my 4th time to stay this trip but the Aircondition is not that cold during my recent stay.

It’s a very decent and nice stay especially if you are on a budget. There is also a cute cat guarding the place so I feel safe hehe

You need an access card to go out of the room to the toilet & as a forgetful person, I kept leaving the card in my room & had to ask some strangers to help me. But the rest are amazing
