Location is good. Public transport is very efficient. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. The nearest MRT station is about a 10minute walk. Breakfast is good. They refill quickly. Nice, clean and quiet room with comfy bed and linen. All staff very welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Auntie Kim and Zheng Yong of the F&B and Vanessa and Jessica of the reception.

Staffs are quite cheerful and helpful. Breakfast menu is good for the standard of the hotel, so don't expect to be better than what is served. Centrally located with train and bus services available nearby the hotel.. In fact bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance.

Taxi stop does not have ramp nor there are bell boys to help move luggages. No car port is available, so for weak and old people and parents with children may have difficulties in loading and unloading luggages to vehicles and from lift.

Me and my boyfriend came to Singapore with a booking for a different hotel originally, but our first night there we realized the place was infested with roaches and we needed to find a new hotel at midnight. Holiday inn had availability and the lady at the front was able to check us in quickly and was very nice about it. Every staff member was so polite and helpful. The breakfast staff were all awesome, and the housekeeper was amazing (THANK YOU JUNE!). It was the total opposite of the hotel we originally booked, had yummy breakfasts every morning, easy to find and navigate to and from, and not too expensive either.

excellent location, walking distance from 3 different metro lines. there is also a bus stop right outside, with buses taking you straight to downtown.. many local eating joints on the main road.. staff were VERY friendly and helpful.. breakfast was good

variety of breakfast could've been more - there was a set menu with 4 options to choose from, however over the 5 nights we were there, this didn't change at all, so we were stuck eating the same breakfast for 5 days.. but, the breakfast itself was really good, so no complaints there - have to try out the local breakfast option, excellent!

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel while the nearest MRT is a 7-10 mins. walk. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate and good. The best take away is the staff. Everyone seems happy, friendly and always responsive. We were particularly impressed with William, Collins and Maran who provided us numerous assistance during our 5 days stay. They are great asset to the organisation.

Although the room was not big, it was very comfortable and had all needed amenities, like a kettle, tea and coffee, TV, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, safe, and so on. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our baggage there on the day of check-out and then pick it up later. Breakfast was included, it was really good. I think it was the best included breakfast we had ever. Location is approximately 20 minutes drive by taxi to the Gardens by Bay and 30 minutes to Zoo and Airport. Location is very nice too.
