Location -Access to public transports, Indian food places, reachability to Singapore attractions. Breakfast - Excellent, quite descent spreads of veg. Staff - family friendly, helpful. Travel desk people were very responsive. Early morning checkout on 25/12 was handled by the ladies at concierge very well. Facilities - room and common - to the expectation, very good.

Follow up for room cleanliness - realized due to missed briefing on the process by the hotel during check in. Chef at egg counter - both behavior n delicacy prepared needs improvements. Rooms size - probably little smaller as hardly any space left for free movement if have more than 3 large bags.

I stayed in a Premium Loft room which had a stair within the room. My daughters were so impressed with the stair that they stayed most of their time (we were in room) on that stair, except their sleeping time. Location was superb; communication to other city parts was excellent. Farrer Park MRT entrance was right next to the hotel back door. It also had a 7-Eleven opposite of the MRT entrance. Mustafa Center was one and a half minute walk. Taxis reached hotel within 2 - 3 minutes after call.

The food choice for In-Room dining was very limited. Breakfast had selective menu everyday, but the space was crunched.

Very good location; attentive staff. Hot water in shower was quick and proper pressure. I liked the fact that there was an extra spout for potable water. Thank you for this fine detail.

1) The swimming pool was only accessible through the Blue Jasmine restaurant, meaning that guests had to trudge through the eating area. If one wants to swim at breakfast time, guests are eating the buffet practically poolside. Not a comfortable nor well-designed set up, but maybe it was the only financially and architecturally-feasible plan. Such a pity. Please reconsider another layout. 2) I was given “complimentary” breakfast vouchers (in the English I learnt and understand, “complimentary” means the business covers the cost). Silly me—this hotel still charged me. What does “complimentary” mean to them??

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! room - the room had a lovely view and it was very clean. location - hotel located in close proximity to the MRT station. (2 minutes away) breakfast - breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. Hotel serves both continental and Indian breakfast. internet - wifi services offered. The hotel also has a lovely pool.

Loved the loft rooms. The view was lovely, being able to sit and watch the world go by on the busy streets below. The pool was amazing and we didn’t feel as though we were in the middle of a busy city, even with apartments all around. It had a nice cosy ambiance. The lifts were always so quick. So we never had to wait too long. The gym was great, though we didn’t actually use it. We were too busy exploring but it has enough of what you would need. The restaurant was lovely and all the staff acidosis every aspect of the hotel were friendly and kind. The hotel is literally above an MRT, making it so easy to get around and across the road from a great shopping mall with a movie cinema. The 23 hour Indian food centre is also right across the road and a great place to go anytime. The atmosphere is always buzzing and friendly. The location of this hotel is exceptional. We absolutely loved it.

good location. within short walking distance of city square mall and mrt and mustafa. there’s also carpark and complimentary parking available for guests. Requested for later check out, they extended check out to 1pm and upgraded us to a loft room! staff were all very friendly too!

Hotel door was left ajar when we checked in to our room. No toilet paper in the toilet. Hair dryer was in bad condition, wind is very weak and also very hot, rubber grip and accents arnd the hairdryer was “melting”. Requested for a replacement hairdryer but the wind strength and speed is pretty much same as the prev. Sofa was sinking in the middle, the height of sofa is too low to watch tv too, if watch for a while only your neck will feel sore… Brought HDMI cable as advised to watch show on my own device, TV was easy to lift and plug in but area and everything behind TV was very dusty..

The staff is simply superb, both for the day to day to things out of the ordinary. In my case, my bag was left in a layover airport and was sent over the next day, the staff helped me getting it back and even delivered it up to my room. The rooms are not the biggest (then again, this is Singapore), but they very well designed. I stayed in a loft-style room which I definitely would recommend. Location is very good, with a subway access right outside the hotel lobby even though there are plenty of interesting places within walking distance.

Location excellent with a metro station immediately adjacent to the hotel entrance. All staff we encountered were friendly and super helpful. Cleanliness of our room and the hotel was brilliant. Breakfast on a landscaped 5th floor terrace was amazing with new food choices on different days. There is a huge choice of foods and drinks. Our room was on the 19th floor (room 1923) with an amazing city view. Acoustics were brilliant with no interference from road noise. We loved our stay of 4 days. Tea and coffee making facilities and the mini fridge was excellent. Overall we felt this hotel was great value.

Nothing as all was excellent. There were comments in reviews about room size. Yes a few more cm at the end of the bed would be useful but this didn't bother us at all.

Location is excellent with the Farrer Park MRT at the hotel entrance. Beautiful pool on level 5 which helped keep kids occupied between sightseeing. Decent coffee in the hotel lobby. Staff were always pleasant and helpful!

Pool shuts whenever it rains, appreciating it is a safety issue, but other hotel pools do not close when it rains. Loft Rooms would have been spacious for 2, but space it tight when the sofa bed is opened to cater for family of 4, especially if you have luggage.
